Our prior contractor left us in a lurch with the local building inspector. While the contractor had installed the ingress / egress window needed for the room to be to code, the inspector insisted that an engineer inspect the installation to insure that it had not affected the integrity of the existing structure before work could continue. Cole Engineering came to the rescue. They accommodated our schedule and provided prompt service. Their engineer arrived on time and thoroughly assessed the situation. He took time to answer our questions and provided his written analysis in a reasonable time.

Tyler, as well as the whole crew at CES were super helpful. They were kind, considerate, and thorough when evaluating a retaining wall for a new home purchase. They had previously inspected the wall 5 year prior and shared the information with us. They also were respectful of the previous owners and reached out to them prior to agreeing to inspect it for us. I rate them very high on ethical and moral standards, as well as customer service!

Cole Engineers helped formulate a plan for a crawl space under the house that was getting ground water in, which later found out the piers of the house were sinking because they had not been put on concrete. After getting bids for the major construction, Cole engineering had plans and worked with the construction company with nine piers replaced, an outside door being cut into a wall to allow the construction. Plus inspection of the repairs twice until the job was done to their standards. With a house as your biggest investment, I would highly recommend this engineer company to insure your home

The team at Cole Engineering Solutions did a great job helping me layout and design a foundation for a detached garage. The site had numerous challenges including steep grades, easements, and setback requirements that took an extra level of detail and problem solving to overcome. The engineers at Cole provided a timely and a cost effective solution for a very affordable design fee.

I worked with Tyler at Cole Engineering and I can not recommend them enough. I sought a structural engineer to assess the foundational issues on a new home I was looking to purchase (that I ultimately ended up buying) and he explained the concepts and causes of the issues very well and I didn't feel like I was being talked down to. He told me the services they offer to help remedy the situation the house had and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or move forward with those services (but I absolutely will!!!) I do recommend that anyone in my situation where you're looking at a prospective home
