Had a long time issue with my triumph I bought here. The only local triumph dealer wouldn't honor my warranty I purchased with the bike and left me with a very expensive garage ornament. When I finally got in touch with Dave the gm at southwest he took care of me. He's having the bike towed to Tampa triumph at no cost to me and having the bike repaired. He was quick to act and the bike was picked up from me the same day. I'll be updating this review as things progress but Dave is definitely trying to make things right. I was at my lowest buying a bike to get out and ride after losing my mom suddenly

The staff is pleasant enough. They delivered the motorcycle as discussed, on time. Not very happy that the "inspected motorcycle" needs over 1500 in repairs due to the gas tank and entire fuel system being choked with rust. After a thorough inspection by a shop that actually knows something about the brand, , not sure why the seat had missing bolts, the rear fenders had missing bolts, lots of missing bolts and loose fasteners. The rest of the motorcycle seems to be in good shape, but really?

What can I say other than my experience was painless and easy. Orlando helped me right away, didn't act too busy, didn't pressure me into anything. He really took his time in answering my questions(hadn't touched a bike in ten years). I was comfortable taking my time. They had a nice inventory and clean showroom, everyone I ran into that worked there was pleasurable to talk and deal with as well. Really can't say enough, I'm comfortable with this company and will absolutely do future business with them.

I did a “Thang” yesterday. Bought the perfect bike for me at Southwest Cycle.
Several years ago I gave up riding and my bike to help my 31 year old daughter fight for her life against cancer. She followed by Mom battling dementia exactly 6 months apart went home to God.
Finally I’ve been working on riding again
Monk and Dave with Beth patiently worked with me to find the right bike, financing and the insurance process!
Last even on my Maiden Ride I wrote “Riding my Harley is Heavenly!!

Monk was great and went above an beyond to be sure I felt comfortable and knew what I was getting. Even face timed me to go over there bike piece by piece. Even though I didn't purchase the bike from him, it was a great experience. Monk even called to follow up to see how my eventual purchase did go. Would highly recommend!

I found a bike on their website and called them up. Next thing I know, I am talking a laid back dude named Monk. He was honest, answered all my questions and sent me a start up video and close up pics. The purchase had some hiccups on my end, but Monk and Dave were patient and I rode my bike home the same day. Was not planning to buy immediately. But when I pulled up, Monk was getting out of his car. He walked over and introduced himself and shook my hand. That said A LOT to me. I ended up walking in and purchasing a 2002 1200 Sportster quick as a whip. All the staff were great. Encouraging without pressure.

Drove 3 hours to pick up 2018 Yamaha v star 250. Was told it was like new with 32 miles on it. Arrived and looked around the showroom at a couple bikes. Dave came out and showed me the V star. Nice looking from 5 feet and in pictures. Had corrosion on fins of heads, had been cleaned up well. Was told the story of a women that purchased and then got DUI and lost her license as to how they acquired. Asked to here it run. Started and it ran ruff, manual choke, so let it warm up a bit. The was a flat spot in throttle just above idle. Then Dave wheeled it into the shop to put gas in it. Asked arrogant

Wow! What an incredible, zero pressure buying experience. Worked with Monk for a few days before I landed on the right bike. Monk was attentive, supportive, and made sure I was was comfortable with my decision. Monk answered every question my wife and I had and I was never more comfortable in making a buying decision as I was when I bought this bike. Paperwork was done in an hour and actually signed electronically while we were at dinner. Once I picked the bike up Monk was kind enough to lend me a helmet for the ride home. This is the Worst repair shop that I have ever been to. DO NOT USE SOUTHWEST CYCLES charged me 900 dollars for carb work and the bike didn't seem right. I took the bike back and the y said it was bad gas . 170 later and the bike still runs like crap. I took it to another shop and they said the carb a totally out of adjustment and all the seals and o rings need to replaced that's what SOUTHWEST CYCLES CHARGED me for the first time. DO NOT USE SOUTHWEST CYCLE.!!!!

Stay away! They did a full service and installed a kickstand extender on my Harley. They installed it backwards and refused to acknowledge their mistake. Certainly not a place I would ever go to again. Not standing by a 70 dollar mistake tells me they can't be trusted around a 20k bike. Go somewhere else. It will be worth it.

These guys are amazing. I have never experience such great service!! I was broke down two hours away from home and had the good fortune to be close to this shop. They not only gave me the number to a great tow company, they also kept my bike safe and helped me with my problem even gave me great advice. Everyone was kind and companionate and just a great group of people. They really turned my bad situation around! The knowledge and integrity of this company can't be beat and I know even living two hours away I want to purchase my next bike here!!
