Do not do business with this dealership or Kevin Schmauch the service manager who is as crooked as they come. He will say one thing then do another to screw you. Stay away from Kevin Schmauch and go to another dealership.

I just ordered my second motorcycle from Jeff and the team at Gulf Coast. It's hard to find anything to complain about or a reason not to give them five stars.

To start, the showroom is clean, well appointed, well-stocked (usually) with motorcycles, accessories, and apparel.

Adam and David behind the parts counter are great and Kevin is awesome in service. So are Ozzie, Paul, and the other mechanics.

Every interaction that I have had a Gulf Coast has been smooth and has ended with me walking away not only pleased with the products purchased but pleased with the way I was treated and valued

I purchased my 2018 R1200RT at GCM in Oct of 2018. Everyone is always as friendly and helpful as can be. Recently had the bike in for eng. case damage (I ran over something). BMW Corp and GCM worked together to repair the engine. Got the bike back & it is perfect. So impressed.

Had the pleasure of buying my new bike at GCM & Ed. Did the entire deal via phone & email and couldn’t be happier. Ed was great making the deal happen and informative regarding some add ons to the bike.

Came during their Saturday grill out. Really nice and clean inside. Really bright inside and many bikes to choose from. Some interesting characters and bikes showed up. Decent prices on gear.

Just the most absolutely best place to get your BMW serviced. These guys are fast clean and efficient. I've only been with them about a year now but I would not go anywhere else. Time after time they have bent over backwards to get me back on my bike when I needed something with short notice. I huge shout out to the entire staff and especially Robert in service. A very good dealership with friendly staff. Every saturday they have a get together with free hot dogs and soda. A great way to meet fellow bikers.

I only have one complaint and that is the service department. A job that should take 2hours took them all day, with me waiting ! Every 20 minutes they took cigarette break. The service department does do good work, so I would have to blame this on poor management. They ned to make sure their employees are actually working.

I've owned 17 street legal bikes and a bunch of dirt bikes. I've found few decent bike shops through the years and I suspect my experience is shared by many others. I recently had some work done here and am totally impressed.

Kevin, the shop manager, is the perfect example of who you need running the shop; he's friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and runs a really nice crew....in a spotlessly clean work area. The work they do is as high class as the bikes they sell and service.
