Rosemary Hattenbach opened the doors of Rosemary Events in 2001 on the heels of a career in the film industry. Since then, she and her team of master designers, chefs, artists, and entertainers have been producing weddings and events that consistently "wow" guests on every level.

Rosemary planned our Carmel Valley wedding in July 2015. She is AMAZING. From the very first phone call, she proved to be an incredible partner and planner extraordinaire! Rosemary was consistently detail oriented, enthusiastic and committed to the project, always available and attentive, supportive and kind. She was deeply invested in helping make our vision come to life by bringing together the BEST vendors and elements to create a truly magnificent wedding weekend. This review is solely based on a phone conversation I had with Rosemary.

I called asking about Day-Of Coordinators for a Sonoma wedding (which is required by a venue that I'm considering). Rosemary Events doesn't actually offer DOC, and after chatting with me and realizing that I didn't have the budget for a full Wedding planner, she graciously spent at least 30 minutes talking with me and giving me advice. I can't fully explain how helpful she was when she did not have to spend the time or energy helping me at all. She is obviously a true professional and a really kind person

I have been working in the wedding industry for over 15 years and have had the privilege of working with many talented folks. What sets Rosemary apart as a planner is the fact that she comes from a background in film, a very serious, very challenging industry, and because of her high caliber background (as well as her tenacious personality) she brings a level of excellence and professionalism to her weddings and event projects that is extremely rare. Our catering company has had the pleasure of working with Rosemary on many occasions, ranging from intimate winery weddings to very large weddings with extremely involved production. Regardless of the event, we know it will be orchestrated smoothly if Rosemary and her team are running the show.

Perhaps it's her background in movie production, but Rosemary is never rattled and has a plan in place for every possible eventuality. Her events always look fresh and amazing as well and she collaborates with the best designers in the business.

Rosemary and Leslie helped my husband and I plan our wedding on July 6, 2013. They were truly our life savers. We are from NYC but were living in Palo Alto during the engagement. We knew we wanted to get married in Sonoma, but with most of our friends and family back on the east coast, I immediately felt overwhelmed with the daunting planning process.
