All drop-in work is handled between existing appointments as time allows. If you do want to drop in without an appointment you should call us to get an idea of how fast we can get to your vehicle. Generally speaking it will take about 2 hours to tint side and rear windows. It can take longer to do certain vehicles, if we have to remove existing window film, or you drop in on a busy day.

Cons: Appointment was pointless, waited 3 hours for a single window, no apologies. Tried to charge me more than was originally quoted.
I went here because I needed one window retinted. I reached out via email and was quoted a specific price which was good, so I made an appointment. The appointment was confirmed via text the day before. I showed up exactly on time and checked in and he quoted me a different price than what was in the email (even though it was the same person). I pulled up the email and showed it to him and he honored the price, but weird

The guys here did a great job on my new SQ5. Brought it in with 20% factory tint on the back, and wanted the front to match. The had a consultation with me and informed me of the best options. Staff was very knowledgeable. Ended up with 15% all around to make sure all windows matched. Tint comes with lifetime warranty of the car. Professional and would recommend.

Very unprofessional. No communication what so ever. Told me to come at 2:30...I waited until 3:30 and they finally took car back. I waited an hour..I should have been told to come at 3:30. Nobody talked to me to tell me anything. I would have been less upset if there was some sort of communication...

Today was the first time I ever had my windows tinted. They gentlemen were so nice and from the phone call 📞 with booking the appointment with Chris to washing of the car 🚗 with Mike and the finishing touch of DJ tinting the windows. I gotta be honest the timing was perfect. They get you on time and out at a good time. I will be recommending them to my friends I can promise you that!

Before I made the choice of going to Hot Spot Tinting, I’ve checked out pretty much all of the tints shops in the Cobb county area and the problem was either the brand of film the other companies used was not the most reliable or they completely over charged for their service. So upon arrival I talked to Justin and he was really easy going and explained all of the tints opinions and what would be best for my vehicle. Very nice guys and they all know what they are doing. I let them do crystalline tint on my Accord. They pulled it off no problems and accommodated all my nit-pickiness. Still had to show them my doctors note and signed for illegal tint tho but it’s ok. I was so impressed that I came back couple months later and let them install the hood protection film too. Even helped with the trunk liner I installed way before I found out about them.

Easy to get in and out in a fair amount of time, as it took a little less than 2 hours to get my 4 door sedan with back glass tinted. Car looks good with no bubbling. They explained all their options pretty well. I think the price is probably higher than other places but it has a lifetime warranty and as a franchise I feel a little safer knowing if I ever have a problem I won't be left searching for help

The workers were helpful and friendly. However, the soap/lubrication residue that they left behind was painful to clean up. There are spots/bubbles on almost all windows. An interior panel clip was broken by the rear window. The car wasn't even 2 weeks old when they worked on it, and they just partially reinstalled the panel (I guess hoping I wouldn't notice). Now my brand new car has a very annoying rattle as I cannot order that replacement part yet (car is too new).
Update: Added photos of some of the bubbles. All but 1 or 2 windows have several of these little bubbles. They are hard to photograph

First came here last year with my Subaru and they did a wonderful job. Super professional. Sadly, that car was totaled in an accident recently so I brought my new vehicle in this year. Still the same, wonderful service and excellent work. Got to give big props too because they have several women who work here doing tint, which you don't see a lot in the car industry. Definitely recommend this place!!

I got my windows tinted on my 2019 Dodge Charger here about a month ago. I did a ton of research before I decided on Hot Spot and all I can say is, They did a amazing job!!! The owner Bridgett is very meticulous. My windows had ZERO bubbles which was my biggest fear. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed bringing your vehicle here!!!

Had a referral to come here and it didn't disappoint. We made the appointment, their reservation system sent me an acknowledgment and felt like I was all set. We showed up early and they weren't open but the tech was there and was happy to help.

This review is late and overdue but necessary. I asked my car dealer Rick at Global Imports for a recommendation for off site window tinting. He recommended this place and it was my first stop. It was a rainy day but I could not wait so I went right in.
It is located right next to a Dunkin Donuts and a car wash. Super smart! Id recommend getting your car washed first. Then head over for your tint and while you wait, grab a coffee and donut.

After calling around and getting either the run around or insane prices to remove the old film, I reached out to a friend in Cobb for a suggestion. Hot Spot was his first and only answer.
