Haven't actually bought anything from them. I called because they had items listed as available on kawasaki.com and atv trader and the gentleman said they had none in stock and that it said sold. I told him I was looking last night and he said he was aware and that the marketing person is out with covid and then he hung up on me. Never asked my name or anything.

Bought my first motorcycle here! The whole process was far easier than other places in Maryland where I live and had tried to get the same bike at.
The salesman, Brad, completed the whole down payment process via text message with me which was more comfortable for me than a phone call! They cleaned the bike up for me and held it until I made the drive over a week later, and then helped me tie it down on a trailer.
Overall fantastic buying experience, highly recommend!

We fill out a credit app and get pre approved. Then they come back and want more money down. I call and spend 45 minutes on hold to get a rude sales woman. Then call back to speak to the finance manager spend another 20 minutes on hold Then they pick up the phone and hang up. I call back to tell them how rude they are by this time I'm aggravated and tell them they must not want my business they processed to tell me if I'm going to be rude they don't want my business.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Brad took care of me from start to finish. Being that I live an hour an half away from Jonesboro Cycle & Atv means I had to be sure about the availability of inventory before I take that drive. They have a LARGE inventory of hard to find in stock Rides and Brad took care of all the paperwork and I had options to choose from. Fast and easy process and treated me like family. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase Motorcycle, Atv, Side by sides or even slingshots. They have it all and have one of the nicest showrooms I’ve ever seen. Even nicer than some of these fancy car dealerships

Be careful - mind you I am currently shopping as I have a "vintage machine" -1989 Honda GW Interstate and was looking for a few misc. hardware to tighten a few things up. Arrived 15 minutes before open and the lot was crawling with employees placing demos out on lot and such. At opening at 9 went inside (2nd or 3rd person in the door on a MONDAY!!!). Walked through showroom, hung out by parts counter and nary an inquiry or anything. Didn't see or speak to a soul as all employees appeared engrossed with their coffee and phones. First impressions. Lasting impressions. Not what I remembered

Bought a new can am 2021 570 outlander. was fairly pleased other than the document fees until I got a chance to ride it. Now I haven't even had it a week got maybe 50 miles on it. Pulled it in to the shop where I work and smelt smoke pulled the seat and a couple of wires were on fire put them out. Took it back to Jonesboro cycle. They say definitely has an electrical short. I can't recommend buying anything from here. It's not the purchase but having any service or repair work will cost you a fortune. I took in my Artic Cat side by side to have tires put on, repair throttle cable and service. Took over a month to get it back and the bill was well over $900. They charge over $200 to just change the oil and service. They actually charged me $115 to change the spark plugs. Their current labor cost is $115/hr. After arguing with them I finally got them to reimburse me around $300. Bottom line, slow service and overcharged for work done.

Flew in from out of state to purchase a preowned Ducati Panigale. Was told it had 2 keys, manual, solo seat etc. Asked them to have the bike prepped and ready to go as I had a 13 hour ride home ahead of me.
When I arrived, the bike was still sitting on the showroom floor and not ready to go. Asked for the second key, manual etc and nowhere to be found. I was able to work out a financial re-imbursmentt for a new key, but not the point. Should have shot me straight from the get go.
After an hour wait looking for a second key they finally bring the bike out. I finish the paperwork, hand over the

This business ran my credit "hard pull" but never sent it to the actual finance company according to the finance company! Additionally after running my credit, several hours later the salesman said they weren't set up through bank to offer lease option even though the website States they are and salesman and general manager said they were. Throughout the day I was told the finance company was backed up. However, one phone call to the finance company proved the application was never submitted. The salesman and general manager seemed unfamiliar with lease and finance specials offered
