Got some bad gas in Northern Arkansas battery died trying to start the bike.Made a mistake having my roadside assistance tow me to this place.They sold me a battery of course a poor selection of batteries just the expensive lithium Harley battery in stock . Went ove my bike with a fine tooth comb before they even worked on it. Unfortunately after 4 hours I did not do the same .They locked my key fob in my saddle bags cut the wires on my custom dynamic triple play and sent me packing with no brake lights or near signal lights. They ey do not give a dam about their customers.

I pretty much love anyplace that has bikes but Harleys are on a whole different level of their own. They speak to the SOUL. This Harley shop is nice and clean. Let's say its polished. Friendly staff, willing to help at any moment but not right there hovering over your every move. Take some money cause your gonna find something you want and it being a Harley Shop then its probably going to cost a little more but what the HEY who can put a price on leather jackets, boots,and chaps or a cute lacy baby doll for her. Harley shops are MY favorite place to stop when I need a little extra SOUL food. Peace

I was on the road coming from Memphis heading to St Louis and back to Wisconsin had some trouble had the bike towed there and the staff got right on it. Turns out I needed new plugs and gas after riding in the rain for two day. They checked out everything and was on the road again in a hour!! A great staff and it was only 134.00 !!

Stopped by out of the blue one day and was really impressed. When I walked in of course I was expecting to be hassled to buy a bike or merch but I was wrong. As I walked around the showroom every employee that I saw made it a point to greet me and ask if I needed any help.
The ladies working the counter were very sweet and welling to help but not pushy. All in all I will recommend anyone to stop in and check it out.
I ended up going back a second time to buy a couple things. One of which they didn't have available so they ordered it and had it shipped to me free of charge. Awesome service

Well, it's hard to write a good review when they aren't open. I went an hour or so out of my way to find the dealership, only to be closed when I arrived. Don't toy think if a national franchised business was going to close for 10 days during the holiday, they would list something on their website? On their events calendar, they do show they will close at noon on 12/24. They have, "New Event", listed for 12/25 and again 12/26-1/2. I guess I'm supposed to be psychic and know thar means closed. All I can say, call before wasting your time with this so called Harley
