My background consists of 11 years as an Import Manager for a large forwarder. I obtained my customs broker license in 1986 and love my industry so much, in 2004 I started my own company. JC Logistics believes only in 100% customer satisfaction and we are committed to maintaining this reputation. Our team works 24/7 to ensure your merchandise arrives to its final destination as promised.
All services that are required to get the product from the supplier's door to Amazon's door. Provide us with the factory contact details one week before production is completed so we can coordinate the shipping with them. You will provide us labels from your Amazon Seller Central, normally UPS, we will put them on the boxes and have UPS pick up and deliver to Amazon.
We are a family owned and operated company that fits your needs into our business model, not the other way around like most large companies. You will have a single point of contact for your entire shipment from start to finish, not multiple contacts like most bigger firms have. JC Logistics has an extremely stable work force, zero employee turnover - very beneficial with people handling your shipments that have handled them before.

This company should not be in business...because they seem to be determined to put their customers out of business. In my experience once they have a contract the service stops there! They are unresponsive when attempts are made to contact them, they break every promise and guarantee they have made, they DO NOT deliver on anything they are under contract to carry out. I am not sure whether they are simply incompetent and inexperienced or if they are wilfully negligent and destructive. My advice to anyone ... if approached by JC Logistics with glowing promises and great prices...is to run as fast

DO NOT USE THEM EVER!
We were lured away from our freight forwarder by JC logistics' owner who offered better service and rates and made a tough sell to try them as a women to women owned WA state business.
We did a few small trial shipments that arrived ok but they sent billing summaries not invoices. When requested it took months to get detailed invoices. Later when we realized they over billed quoted prices, and refused to respond to invoicing questions. They continue to refuse to refund to quote prices once they finally invoiced us.
On one of two key holiday shipments, they stated
