If you want to deal with unprofessional delivery company then you call these folks. The only thing they deliver is late schedule, attitude, and likely damaged goods. Given the sharp contrast between the positive and negative reviews, I would the positive ones are likely by folks who work there. Stay away from them.

I cannot imagine a more unprofessional driver or a worse delivery experience. First, it took weeks longer to schedule the delivery than advertised. Then the delivery could only be scheduled for New Year's Eve, so I canceled other plans to be there for the delivery. Then the delivery truck got stuck in the snow in Spokane for FIVE HOURS and the delivery was delayed and scheduled to arrive between 6-7pm. So I again canceled plans to stay home for the driver. Then the driver pulled into my driveway so that the GPS would show he arrived, but he didn't stay to delivery; instead he called my phone twice
