Crest Home Inspections

Of all my home purchases, I definitely have enjoyed this inspection experience the most. Crest Home Inspection Professional, Daniel Sink was very available before during and after inspections for questions about his report. He offers a variety of services and I found him genuine in conversation while covering all concerns I had on my new home. I literally invited him to our open house, this guys is a really good person.

Dan with Crest always does a thorough inspection. As a Realtor, many buyers use him to complete whole home inspections. They were very professional from the first call to receiving the final report. Kyle was very thorough with his inspection and explained all of his findings prior to leaving. The report was in-depth with pictures and good explanations. Would definitely recommend Crest for your home inspection.

Edit: I thought they had done a good job, but apparently their 90 day warranty doesn’t cover a sunroom that was literally separating from the house, which they never informed us of. The sunroom also ended up leaking and we found out the roof of the entire sunroom was laced incorrectly. So we’ve now spent thousands of dollars fixing what should have been found in the initial inspection. They were nice when they came out

Daniel really did an awesome job! From inspecting to explaining everything to us. He took the time to make sure all questions were answered and we understood everything. I would recommend Crest Home Inspections to anyone needing a professional inspection done when buying or selling a house. Dan is prompt and courteous, and really points out things other inspectors seem to miss. He's one of the home inspectors I recommend to all my clients.

Dan is a very thorough home inspector. In my personal opinion, I really like the fact that he is also a fire fighter and has a fire fighters perspective of inspecting a home as well as an inspectors.
