I've purchased one home before this and I've yet to have anyone be as thorough and meticulous at their job as Jon. Not only was he detailed but his response with the review was returned within 24 hours. The document that he provides at the end(the most important one I believe) is where you see each and every item that he noted. He shows you literally what needs to be fixed, what he suggests getting checked out, and what is good. It's a dummy proof document and I really ease of it all.
If you couldn't tell by this review. I totally recommend him!
