This place is not good I not recommend I get Botox more than 50 unit and I didn’t see any results is like put you money on trash I have lips filer and I pay 800 yes for 2 weeks I don’t know what cane of product she use but I had lips filer Before and it longer for 3to 4 months Don’t trash your money 😏

Just moved to the area and purchased a Groupon to try out Posh Med Spa and after two rounds of Botox my face is exactly as it was when I first stepped foot in this wanna be spa. I should have paid attention to the other reviews, wasted my time, and money, what a rip off!!
Posh Med Spa lost a potential life long customer had they been honest and lived up to their so-claimed standard.
Ridiculous! Needless to say I’m canceling my future appointments. Not giving them a penny more, if you’re smart and want a real Botox treatment, run the opposite direction!

I went to this place after purchasing 40 units of Botox! This is the worst. She didn’t listen to what I ask for, because she was to busy talking. She wasn’t rude or anything like that. It was nice speaking to her! My problem is I ended up purchasing another 14 units and there are zero results for the extra money I spent. Due to the fact she forgot in that short period of time I specifically wanted it there!! Now let’s talk about the 40 units I purchased before the other 14. First off I have had Botox before, less units and wonderful results NOTICEABLE results. If she is diluting this down

I came in to this location about six weeks ago and was supposed to receive 40 units. Little did the nurse practitioner know that I am an RN.. not only did she not give me the 40 units, but the unit she gave me wore off in four weeks (on the small area that was actually affected). The only thing that could make this happen is either the Botox was extremely diluted, or she gave me much less than even 20. Anyone going here must be aware of the poor business practice that is going on with the cheap Botox at her practice.

Came in one day for the first time due to it being so close to my house & the lady doing my nails/pedi was very hostile so I felt awkward the whole time. My pedicure came out ok only thing was there are tiny black particles stuck on my nail polish which isn’t cute. & for my nails I asked for a square shape but she gave me a roundish shape that I did not like but I just didn’t say anything because she seemed like she’d get more upset. Week latter my nails are chipping off from dip gel which has never happened to me before..wouldn’t visit this location again.

I got 40 units botox. It didn’t work. Even I haven’t notice little result. Just Zero NOTHING !! After week two weeks Nothing at all Very disappointed. I had an awful experience this time. For one thing, I really wanted a few units only. But, she adamantly argued with me saying, "It won't work. You need more than that!" I agreed, I took her advise. Yet, the botox she applied watered down completely! It's been 2 weeks and I do not see any results, so basically I flushed my money down the toilet. I could not be happier with a body contourting salon and service. I had seen this Salon and Med Spa in Old Town for a while but I have written off body contouring for years. I found that they had a Group On. I did not use Group On because they are so unfair in how they treat small Business. Posh Med Spa would maybe see $100 our of the $200+ package offered on Groupon. I have been going to Diane at Posh for 2 years and always have had a great result. I am always greeted in a pleasant manor and treated like royalty. I have had several treatments such as fillers, fraxel (which I recommend to anyone with fine lines wrinkles and acne scarring) I must say these couple of reviews are not at all what I or any of my friends and co workers have experienced. The location is very clean an well kept and the ambiance is relaxing.
