I call this morning to find out about specials and make an appointment, the lady who answered my call was so helpful, professional and friendly made me feel value as a customer, English is not my first language but she didn’t make me repeat myself when I couldn’t explain something, she was patient and kindness I definitely will recommend this place.

First timer with Cathy and I'm pleased with how she addressed my needs and recommended the right botox option for me. Looking forward to seeing my results in a couple weeks.

Went years ago and there was an older gentle there who did an amazing job on my face...went back paid for 3 facials and I have been quite disappointed with their work...used recommend this place all the time but their now quality of work has been less than satisfactory😕

Hands down, the best place for Botox and fillers! And believe me, I've tried them all! I've been going to Radiance for over two years now, after trying several other places around the DMV. They truly know what they are doing. I have seen both Cathy and Barbara and they never disappoint. Their Botox lasts longer than most and their technique with fillers looks very natural. I was adamant that I did not want to look overdone; just younger and refreshed and that's exactly what I get every time. Highly recommend!

I went to Radiance Medspa when they were located on King Street. After a consultation, I bought a series of IPL treatments for my décolletage area to treat some sun damage. The technician asked me questions about my skin as you'd expect. Being half Irish I explained that I burned pretty easily. After the first session, I had a series of burns that scabbed that were precisely the size of the laser head. (Imagine a number of rectangular scabs all across your chest in a grid pattern). I totally love and trust this place for facials, my twice a year juvederm. And peels. I get glowing comments on my skin at 65 since coming here the past 6 years. Cathy, Barrnara and Helen are top notch!

Today was my first appointment at Radiance with Barbara for Juvederm. She is a true professional and did a wonderful job. I rate this at 3 stars simply based on price. I was in for the 20% off day and it still cost $540/syringe. I was more than shocked. This is not my first time for fillers and believe them to be overly high. The service is great, however I have had the same quality for a lot less elsewhere.

Tried to save a little money on a discount day only to spend the more on 1 syringe than anywhere before. I will be looking elsewhere for services.

I was very happy with my experience! Great knowledgeable staff! It helps that they have Saturday hours available for us working ladies. Also great Happy Hour Sales etc. Love Barbara. She did a fantastic job on my Botox and Juvederm treatments.

I've gotten my Botox and facials here for years. I've been very pleased with the service. Everyone is friendly.
I don't like the parking though. It was nice in the old location because it was just across the street.

I've been a customer here for years. I always feel Kathy has my best interest at heart. She is a medical provider who does not push and I never feel sales is more important than my well being. She is calm and professional. I never feel rushed and she is very patient. I've seen results with every treatment I've invested in and trust her judgement. I highly recommend. I went here for Dysport injections with Kathy (Cathy?). It was during their happy hour so I got 20% off. It was my second time getting them, the first was not here, so be warned that I don't have a lot of basis for comparison. The first round I got left me with this weird thing where about 1-1.5mos after, if I rubbed my forehead, it would wrinkle up like I was starting to cry. They also wore off after about 2.5 months, which was close to the 2 months they mentioned, but kind of disappointing considering the cost.

Absolutely awful experience with them. After I planned my entire day around a procedure, they called me thirty minutes before my appointment saying that they don't offer the service that I was scheduled to receive. The woman on the phone that I previously spoke to even gave me a price completely disregarding that fact that THE SERVICE IS NOT OFFERED. Go some places else where they have respect for their customers.

Although the price is a little higher then my previous spa, I definitely noticed they were more thorough and had more attention to detail, so I didn't mind the price difference at all. They have a very friendly staff. I will be back!

I only had Botox done here twice , no other services . Unfortunately it didn't last as it should . 2.5 months at best , not worth it . I had it done by a plastic surgeon before and it lasted me 4 .5 months . Not sure why .

Wonderful MedSpa. I was treated really well there on a free skin assessment/ consultation. The Clinician gave me some real great advice and didn't try to push me to buy products, which was really great and made me feel super comfortable with their business practice. I was given a sample for a product that the clinician suggested for my skin concerns and within a week I came back to purchase it. Definitely a business worth recommending.
Their new location on 115 S. Columbus Street (in Old Town) is super cozy and formidable. I wish google would allow people to update the address and business' vital

Cathy was amazing! Easy to talk to and answered all my questions! Also, this is a female veteran owned business which as a fellow vet, I love supporting. I felt at home the moment I walked in and left smiling. Couldn't be happier with my results! True caring professionals that love their work!

I was visiting and took a chance getting fillers from someone I didn't know. I could not be more pleased! Catherine Corcoran - Lead Clinician, is without a doubt the best clinician I have used anywhere - and I have been getting Botox and fillers for years. She did cheekbone fillers that look amazing. She is an artist who takes the time to recommend and sculpt. What's even better is that she has a near painless touch! I wish I lived closer - I would be a regular.

Went in to get Microdermabrasion and botox on a super rainy -hurricany day last Thursday.
I was immediately offered water, and given a few documents to sign. Shortly after i was laying on a comfy bed with soft music and candles. The doctor was so sweet and told me every step of the process as she went along.

My skin is glowing now and the botox in my brows came out just right. When checking out the front desk lady gave me a calendar of their specials and very kindly told me how to take care of my skin for the next 24 hrs. Will be back soon to see what

Yesterday changed my life. I'd been upset about the look of my face for a long time. I was also feeling that I didn't deserve to pay to look better. I had already called another MedSpa and had the appointment for a week. The owner called an hour before and cancelled my appointment saying her shipment hadn't arrived! I went onto the Juvederm website and found Radiance Medspa. Boy was I lucky. After reading reviews on the place I was going, someone was looking out for me! I told Radiance what happened and they booked an appointment for me that day. I had Juvederm injections

I have been taking care of my skin through various spas, dermatologists', and plastic surgeons' offices for many years now. I have never had plastic surgery, just laser treatments, peels, thermage, fraxel and the like.

That being said, these treatments are not inexpensive for quality care. If you are paying a cheap price for these services then, that should be your first indication that something is wrong. Radiance has monthly specials which I try to take advantage of, if it happens to come at the right time, but I will not go elsewhere to save money. They know what they are doing at
