Prime Car Wash

I tried this place out for the first time, getting the $39 Epic car wash and adding the $69 "Wheel Bling" package that I was told would make my wheels wiper clean without harming the painted surfaces. When all was done, the interior of my car had not even been wiped down, the floor mats were cleaned but simply thrown back in without being fastened. The glass (inside and out) was hazy and the wheels did not look like they had received the "bling" treatment I paid for. Great place to get your car washed! Hayden was a great help and got my car cleaned quickly and thoroughly.

STARTED a monthly car wash service with Prime on beach blvd, jax, fl and on several occasions, the vehicle was NOT cleaned to my expectations, so I cancelled the membership.. The manager offered me free car coupons as a courtesy. After using all of the courtesy coupons, management offered 5 free elite services, and asked me to renew my contract, and I said NO.

I simply decided to only use the pay as you go for the $5.00 car washes, as needed,.

The trick with the management

I paid for the $69 elite service and go there every week. They never do half the stuff that’s supposed to be included with the elite wash. Hard surfaces are always dusty. The cup holders never cleaned and NOT ONCE have they cleaned the door jams. Terrible service terrible quality. You ask them to do the items and still nothing. Honestly I don’t think they’ll last.

I have been a loyal customer of Prime Car Wash since they opened in Noblesville. In the beginning they were great but the last two years they have nose dived. I just normally get the exterior wash and the people drying the car and shining the tires are terrible, uninterested, slow and usually there is only one. I guess they can't find people to work so they should manage what they have better.

I went through the car wash the other day… meet this handsome fella I think his name was Caleb, he immediately gave me the rundown of what it was finna cost and how long and I got right into that wash. The soap was thick and warm all thanks to Caleb choosing the right product for me! After getting through the wash, I was greeted by 2 fishers tigers I think Seth and Sam and they rubbed my car down and made sure she was nice and dry after the wash! God bless these boys who made my Jeep Compass nice and clean!

I was excited to go here for a much needed wash since I remember seeing it being built and heard good things. I don't live In town anymore & was visiting for the day . My biggest concern was getting the bugs off the front and I wanted it waxed. The waiting area was nice and staff members were very nice too . I got the elite wash and added the wax . Yeah kinda high so I expected my car to look perfect . My front window had marks all over it . I have an interior sticker for my apt , it was ripped off and left on the dash . My tires still were black on the inside of the rim . I had some trash

I came to get a car wash this morning and was great by @Juan. He remembered me and my name without having to pull anything up. He honestly made my day and got my day started off on the right foot. I was extremely happy with his customer service and making “just another customer” feel important.

I personally have come to Prime Carwash for some time now. Hands down, 10 out of 10 I do recommend seeing Lee & or Blake in sales for the full overview on what they have to offer. Outstanding customer service, The young men & woman who work there are fabulous at what they do & have to offer as well. Management is by far from pristine, Immaculate if I may. Thank you for your services as well. I will be returning!

Brought my fiancé’s Jeep twice to this location. Both times the interior cleaning was sloppy. I asked to have the space behind the 5th wheel cleaned, the response I received was “if you take off the wheel we will do it”. Vacuuming was only done in the front but not rear of the Jeep. When I asked if they vacuumed the back, they young man told me that they need to have a “special attachment”. If you can’t vacuum out pet hair, what’s the point of even offering to customers! I even did them the favor of bringing the Jeep without the rear seats! Staff in waiting area unfriendly, uninviting

Wish that the attention to detail was as great as when they first opened. It's become just another car wash that moves your car through as fast as possible.

Prime Car Wash had several coupons in the Valpak monthly mailer for August. I've transported a few dogs recently for my dog sitting business and my car needed a good cleaning inside as well as out.

I chose 50% off an elite car wash which is normally $39.99, but I paid $20.97 ($1.47 tax) with my coupon. This included vacuuming and wiping down everything inside as well as washing and hand-drying the outside plus cleaning the mats.

I went inside to pay and was told since I was a new customer I could get an unlimited Elite wash for the next 30 days with free cancellation. Wow! Of course I

First visit, I bought a 360 wash. Even though there were only two other cars and a lot of folks standing around, it still took another 20 minutes to do the interior; not bad except the car only had 100 miles and never had a passenger so not much to clean. I then had to dry out cup holders that had standing water and dry off mats that had puddles - hmmmm

My car is never cleaned properly! I pay for a monthly pass I would like for my car to actually come out clean.. Rather disappointing! Went back for a 2nd time and they still did not touch my 3rd row flooring. Needless to say I will be canceling my subscription and taking my business elsewhere.

Love this place. They have 3 different packages that you can sign up for monthly (unlimited) or just get a wash that day. There's basic where you clean the inside yourself, 180 where they do both inside and out and 360 where you just get a whole lot more "pampering" for your car.

The staff is very friendly. They move quickly but also do a thorough job.

I received a complimentary wash as part of the Yelp elite event, however. The service received is normally $39 so my review will reflect that. Really nice place from the outside, the free vacuums were mostly unoccupied. Drove around to where the wash is; there was no one there so I drove too far and had to back up to be checked in. Clean inside, Clean outside says it all! I am all for sparkling and kissing clean (lol). Oh how I LOVE a very clean car especially now that the yellow mustard pollen and bugs are out.

Fantastic service from start to end. First you drive around the building and enter the exterior wash. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Quick and easy transaction. You can tell the brushes are softer than most other places, so no worry

I volunteered to be mom's night out driver which meant one thing... My car needed a MAJOR clean up. Between the dog and the baby my backseat was looking a little rough. The floor mats also took a beating over the last month or so, too. So I decided to treat myself to a top-notch car wash.

It's $39 for their top level wash that includes everything. A bit on the pricy side, but I definitely needed all of it, so I went for it. It seemed worth it due to the full service offering Prime has vs. other car washes where you finish the job yourself.

My car needed a car wash desperately. I was driving down Beach Blvd., when behold, I saw a guy holding a sign saying "Free Car Wash". I pulled into a gas station to get gas and checked Prime Car Wash's social page. It said free car washes this week, due to them just opening.

Perfect timing, since my car had some mud splattered on it and I can't tell you the last time I got a car wash.

Prime just opened a few days ago. In need of a quick wash after a road trip this week, I stopped by for an exterior wash. It's regularly priced at $12 but it's free during their grand opening, which is a great promo to bring in new business!

They offer a variety of services and packages comparable to their competitors, including detailing and monthly memberships. The exterior wash sufficiently cleaned my SUV except for a few stubborn bugs and debris. One of these days I need to get the whole thing detailed so I may keep Prime in mind. In the meantime, thumbs up!
