So I went to sparkling image car wash Saturday before I started my Uber shift. Paid for the expensive wash package guys vacuuming did an ok job, didn’t clean my floor mats, ran the Jeep thru the wash, and not more than a few minutes they were waving me down that she was ready, I get in and literally the dash and console were not wiped down… even though that’s part of the package I paid for. Did I expect it to be pristine no, bit at-least wiped down.
I couldn’t stick around for them to fix it and quite frankly I don’t think they would have.

Unfortunately third time means never again. This is the third time I've left disappointed. $30 later and still not clean. Dash and console was not wiped off. Dust still on my dash . Somehow I noticed while pulling out that there was water and soap around my window sill. Get out of my car at work and realize my entire left leg is wet. My seat was soaked. Don't know why or how they would have rolled my window down. ( And I don't smoke and couldn't tell you the last time I rolled my window down. My car can go months in between cleaning on the inside because I'm the only person in it. Unfortunately

Been going here every week for three months now. This past month switched to the Ft. Lauderdale location and the service is not the same. Today they lost my key fob and after an hour of searching they found it. One of the senior people told me that "He helped me out by finding the keys" Wow really, you helped me out by finding the key fob your staff lost. The manager was also very indifferent. The interior of the car was dirtier than when I brought it in. I had to ask them to clean it. I do not recomend this location to anyone.

To be honest my car was covered in dog hair and beach sand. I purchased the bumper to bumper for $181.89. At this price I expected an immaculate job. When I picked up my car 2hrs laters I found several areas that had been missed. The boot and console still had sand, door jams were not cleaned, the carpet was soaking wet. I complained to the superintendent and they took care of these areas. For $110 I get an excellent job done a Toyota. Wont be coming back to Sparkling Image.

Although very expensive in my opinion, the complete ultimate detail package got my car almost completely clean inside and out. They missed a few spots on my driver's seat (food stains), but overall they really got into the crevices and did a solid job of making my truck look brand new. No major complaints, and they called me when the car was ready.

The wait wasn't extremely long but the vacuuming and the cleaning at the end were awful. I have a newer car, 3 months old, I'm the only person in the car and they couldn't get the sand and dirt from the carpet.... I had to call him back 3 times to clean cup holders, inside of passenger door and gear shift. I always go to the Eastside on Shadeland, but I was in Greenwood so I went. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was very disappointed. I took my new car there for it's first inside out. The interior was just dusty as well as the window but clean... I always tip at the end because I always get burned and I would've this time too. I watched them wipe my car down and it was like they just swiped the towels across it and that's it. There was still salt on my console from my fry craving earlier that day which was honestly ridiculous. I keep going back against my husband's advice because this isn't the first time it's not been right. One time we paid extra for door jams and they didn't clean them. They run away

I have to be clear on why I gave 3 stars...it's hard to give more stars for half of the company....the manager was EXCELLENT... EXTREMELY HELPFUL...AND TOOK MY ISSUE SERIOUSLY...HE HELPED ME FIND OUT WHAT NEEDED...but for the guys who were at the beginning of the wash vaccuming....did a trashy job...a bottle was thrown under seat along with other bottles that were full cramed under the other...and the bag the bottles were in was ON THE BACK SEAT TO BEGIN WITH...so how did the bottles get moved in the first place??? They had to move them...! Anyway...the manager was super nice and helpful....but

It's a good car wash, but I think it's waaaay over priced, yet they do a huge business. Today I got the full service package #2 because my car was in bit of rough shape, but this one doesn't include a raincheck. The cost was $24.60 with tax.

Nightmare business. I specifically took my car in to clean sticky juice that my child spilled on the back of the passenger seat and they cleaned everything accept the sticky juice I took the car in to get cleaned for. On the same day I took my husbands truck to get cleaned and when I picked it up the rubber mats were missing. Spent 45 mins the next day in the parking lot while they "reviewed the footage" only to be told that they put the floor mats in another customers truck. No follow up from the manager, Carlos. I came here as I was in the area and always used Cactus Car Wash which was in the same location previously. I paid $43, they finished my car in five minutes and did a subpar job. When I pointed to areas on my car that were still dirty, the attendant did a cursory swipe and was more interested in getting his tip & looking at my receipt. This is NOT the premium service that Cactus used to provide, don't waste your money, go elsewhere!

A promo card found in my mailbox led to me to try out this spot in March. Their attention to detail stood out, and my car sparkled after this wash & wax treatment! I returned for a touch up just a few days later & service was again, fantastic.
The waiting area inside resembles a woodsy cabin & offers patrons a zen spot to stay cool while waiting.

This car wash is consistently excellent. Car comes out in showroom posture. Afterward, an employee noticed there were slight tar marks on the side skirts of his car. Despite the fact he had already been paid and tipped, he got on his hands and knees and proceeded to scrub it off until sweat was pouring down his face. Needless to see, I tipped him again. But talk about dedication.

Went through just now. I waited for people to come over and wipe down the inside at the end of the wash. No one came. I asked a guy in a red shirt if I paid for the interior wipe down. He looked at my receipt and said yes. Then he looked inside and it appeared clean to him. He swiped his rag once above the steering wheel and you could see the clear difference in dust removal. I thought he was going to say "Sorry about that, we'll get it done real quick." But instead he said "Yeah, it's already been done." I was shocked. I found a 1/2-off coupon so I tried Sparkling Image since it is close by. It's always fun to watch my car go through the wash. They've got their system down, and it's pretty efficient. After the wash, a team dries the car and cleans the interior. Really no complaints except the dashboard should've been dusted better. At least their chemicals haven't ruined my paint job like another car wash place did.

I went to Sparkling Image on North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale. The person talked me into a full detailed car wash interior exterior. Price was $53.49 with tax. He said it is going to be sparking and beautiful and will last minimum 40 minutes. I agreed. As soon as i sat down the person who was supposed to take care of me came by and told me he had a more important client (???) so he introduced me to a kid who he said was great. No problem i said. They get the job done and their prices are pretty similar to other car washes in the area. I paid $49 for an interior and exterior clean and I noticed they missed a few spots on the back window, missed vacuuming one of the back passenger floorboards, and a few smudges on the hood. They are super friendly and always super busy. Overall they did a good job for the $ paid.

I want to say I have been coming here for over five years now so this review is long over due. I remember when it was a different name as well, but I'm glad the service and the people didn't leave with the name. I am always greeted kindly and asked what service I will be choosing that day.
I rarely take my cars to wash, but when I do, I come here. I recently got my car back from a shop that left swirls mainly on the hood of the car. I knew I can count on the amazing hands and skill at sparkling image to take every mark out, literally.

To be honest, I'm probably the worst person to write a review for a car wash place. I can, have, and will continue to detail my car myself. Yes I said detail; wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo, clay bar.
