First time at a dentist since Covid hit and the first time at this particular dentist. They have a great reminder system via text so if you are like me you need a reminder. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great technology and proficiency with their x-rays. I am lucky that I have no dental issues but they were great in getting me in and out. Will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for the past 25 years and have always had a great experience. Although it was sad to see Dr. Grove retire, it is nice to see that he left his practice in good hands. Robyn always does such an amazing job with my cleanings and check ups. She is the best! Dr. Elkins and Brianna also did a fantastic job of setting my temporary crown today and I will be back in a few weeks to finish the procedure. I was extremely nervous, as this was my first crown, but they made me feel very comfortable. They are so skilled at what they do that I barely noticed the time I spent in the chair

The facility was clean and pleasant, being an old house converted into a practice. The service and care were top notch, organized and professional. The doctor and staff all take personal pride in their care they provide for the patients. I felt comfortable and at ease under their attention. They were very accommodating and I'd recommend them to anyone needing dental care. It's been several years since being able to find a consistent and reliable dental group. Going to Crabapple Family Dentistry was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a dentist office. They took the time to set out the best treatment for my specific needs, the front office staff Jenny and Terrie are kind, thorough, and a joy to be around. Terrie helped me find money on my insurance plan that I didn’t even knew I had. And, if you don’t have insurance, they will work with you and go at a pace that you can afford. Walking through the door is like stopping by a friends home. The atmosphere is very comforting and the staff in the front office makes sure all your concerns are left on the front porch ! I have visited 3 times and taken my daughter. Thank you for the care and comfort given to us both.The caring begins when you enter and the kindness continues all the way to signing out.
