Services
Women's Health Consultants has 14 board-certified physicians and 7 nurse practitioners and physician assistants available to serve you both in our clinics and, when necessary, in the hospital. Our staff nurses answer questions by phone, assist in procedures, and provide therapeutic injections. Our sonographers perform ultrasounds for both obstetric and gynecologic patients.

At Women's Health Consultants, we make every effort to provide you with the attentive and comfortable care you expect and deserve. Women's Health Consultants has been caring for women in the Minneapolis metro area for more than 25 years. We are a group of highly trained specialists, providing diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services to women of all ages and lifestyles.

In the event that you have an emergency medical problem and need to reach the on-call physician, they can be reached 24 hours/day by calling the above main office number. We maintain four clinics: in the TCF Tower in downtown Minneapolis, at 2800 Chicago Avenue across the street from Abbott Northwestern Hospital, two miles south of downtown Minneapolis, Richfield, and at WestHealth in Plymouth.

Too Basic care.
If your considering going here and it’s your first pregnancy go to a hospital clinic, where you will be treated differently, have more information giving to you concerning your pregnancy.
This place is not hands on at all if your not getting an ultrasound, your literally just going to talk.
Plus you don’t know who will be delivering your baby,
3D Ultrasound is not available here and they will try and tell you it’s “only used if your baby has health concerns” which is not true for other clinics.

If I could give no stars, I would! My girlfriend was scheduled to have a c-section on a Sunday. It is now Wednesday and they have been rescheduled again for Thursday night. She is 17 days overdue, and beyond miserable and we continue to not get anything accomplished with DR. Hessel. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
