I was bonded out by Kathy I couldn’t tell you how many times about 20+ years ago. During a really tough time, Cathy was dependable and reliable. She went above and beyond what anyone needs to do for a complete stranger. She made the phone calls I couldn’t, and somehow managed to work everything out so that I could get home. I’m very grateful that they answered my call, and helped me in my time of need. Refused to review case when bond was discharged and vacated in March 2021. She kept the 5k for the 5k bond we posted thru her. Bail was reset to 500 and she would not admit or even consider the actual facts of the case. She still is holding my money even though she claims she has 21 days from 7/22 to return my 4500. She still has not sent it
I gave her the facts. Tried to reason but she’s a rude emotionally unstable unprofessional woman. I have no choice but to begin filing complaints and taking the necessary steps to have her licensed sanctioned and fined.

Everyone here was friendly and helpful, EXCEPT Cathy. Everyone took the time to answer our questions and give us proper information. Cathy answered the phone one day and was extremely rude and short when I had questions about going out of town. She seemed like she didn’t have the patience or time to be bothered and eventually just hung up on me. When she did give minimal answers she acted as if they were obvious. Clearly not if I have questions hon. If you aren’t good with customer service get your other employees to answer the phone for you. They’re much more helpful and way less rude. Was

No issues at all. Cathy walked me through the process and paper worked. Explained in detail what is needed and what to expect. She kept us in loop of court dates via text, and all worked out fine. If we had questions she was able to help in a timely manner. Would strongly recommend Abbott & Cathy Bail Bonds. Also. Cathy was very professional and treated myself and daughter with a kind heart.
