Terrible experience! I came here in need of help to get my friend out on bond and I met Mark Nedelsky. And wow what a horrendous attitude and rude demeanor he had! Instead of understanding and helping me in my situation, he was in a rush and wanted to post the bond without paperwork. When I asked for paperwork or a receipt, he said he was in a hurry and would post it. Extremely unprofessional and unqualified, and by all means should be fired. Since I would be paying 100$, I wanted a receipt but he refused and said he would not post the bond and shooed me away! Again I only have horrible things

From the kindness of nichole walking my son thru the steps or getting me out...explaining everything that needed to be done in a way that was to the point and easy to understand!! Thank you for checking on my court dates when my phone was acting crazy and also the staff that called and made sure I knew I had a court date!! Very Professional, Courteous, and Knowledgeable! Never knew anything about the bail bond process and these people really helped make the process easier. The lady who answered the phone answered all my questions and when I went in to the office she came out and introduced herself. She gave me her personal cell phone and told me to call her if I every needed anything. I will refer these people to anyone who gets in trouble, because my son better not need them again! =)
