Lived there for over a year. Very nice. Saw other review about staff and level of care and wonder if they had the wrong place (maybe talking about a nursing home). When I was there it was two people, a woman that handled tours, collected rent, and was in the office. And a gentleman that did the maintenance, collected trash, etc. Both very nice.

Love this place, super clean and well maintained. See my previous post, which Yelp says" not recommended" I don't know why they did this . It's a very favorable review.
Been here 3 months and like this place even more.
Last week someone left a 1 gallon plastic gasoline container under the car port. I received a call from management asking me if it belong to me and if so I need to remove it ASAP. Within a few hours it was gone. They enforce the rules and that's why the place looks so good. Not one bit of garbage or junk is left outside anywhere.
