I have nothing but praises for Pat and the maintenance team. They are exceptional, and go above and beyond with their work. I wish I could say the same for the management, but I can't.
I really hope that what the management takes away from my review is constructive criticism, and does something to fix it (i.e. customer service classes, refreshers on ADA requirements, and maybe some lessons in common courtesy and respect for elders and people of different skin tone).
We lived here for about 2 and a half years, and the complex itself is quiet, somewhat clean, but outdated. The pool was available

I moved here at the end of 2018, with a six month contract. On December 24th I came home from work that night to discover water leaking out from under my front door, and that my kitchen sink had been leaking water for several hours. My furniture was soaked. The water went through the kitchen and dining room, into half the living room, in the hall closet and bathroom, and part of the second bedroom. I called the maintenance number and was unable to reach anyone. No one bothered returning my call. I stayed up all night to try and keep the water from spreading further. I turned it off under the sink

Never lived here - looked into it. Spoke with Manager around February, 2017, and she definitely went above and beyond. We got a house instead. If we have to move into an apartment, THIS WILL BE IT. The Manager I spoke with was under the impression that I knew very little about Kerrville and was moving here practically blind. She sold me on this Community all over again and made me realize WHY we are back here in Kerrville - to live around people like her. Why would you spend extra time with someone you don't know telling them a lot of extra info about the town too? I'll tell you why: BECAUSE YOU
