QT Spa Nails

The nail technician burnt and cut me several times, he completely was rushing (even though I had an appointment) didn't let the gel dry properly and my polish completely peeled off 15 minutes after I left. I went back in to show them how horribly the polish was done and they wanted to charge me $20 to re-do their mistake. I'll never go back. Don't recommend, they are rude and very unprofessional.

The worst nail salon I’ve been to. they started out doing a pedicure an did a half job on everything, didn’t even touch the backside of my leg. the manicure was terrible, when I got to sit down, a man was doing the woman’s nails next to me an messed them up an told her to come back if she wanted them fixed. in which a different woman had to jump in an almost redo her nails completely in that time they put him on doing my nails. he was being passed from customer to customer. he was not friendly and actually very mean. he was aggressive pulling my arm an bending my fingers. he filed my nails

Have been cut twice on two separate occasions. Last manicure was a hasty, sloppy job resulting in a nail breaking right down to the quick within an hour of leaving. I'm very disappointed because I have also had excellent service from others at this establishment. But I am not returning because requesting specific people online doesn't guarantee you will get that person when you arrive at the appointment.

I just moved here and was needing my nails filled. Weirdly, many salons are closed on Monday’s and so I decided to go here. I called shortly before I was planning on going in to ensure they had time for me. They fit me in within the hour and I’m so glad I went here! My nail tech took her time to make my nails look better than my last salon!

This place isn't my normal. I went to stay closer to home. The lady couldn't do my design though she said she could. I'm new to the 5 different types of pedicures. I miss when they rubbed your legs and feet before painting your toes. I could have paid for the wrong one. Im not a fan of the hot stones on my legs but they do it if you like it. My polish is chipping after a week. I'd set an appointment for 5 girls a day ahead of time and when we came in they didn't have room for us. We ended up waiting 30 minutes.i don't think I'll go back

This is THE best place to get a pedicure. I moved to Yelm a year ago from Puyallup and kept going back there because I was skeptical on trying anywhere else out. My friend that I was supposed to go with today bailed and I didn't see a reason to drive all the way there when I could try a spot in town. Oanh did my pedicure and it was better than any one I've gotten. She really took her time and made me feel extra pampered. The little details made all the difference. Thank you!

Very beautiful inside, they play fun music videos to watch while you get your nails done. They will switch around manicurists by their specialties so you get a really amazing set of nails. Love the nail art I got.

Best nail place in western Washington. Great people. Great packages that are priced to please. We have not found any other place that we like as well and drive from our home 1 hour 30 min away.

I've been here twice so far, most likely will come back, they do a great job in regards Pedicures, And they were able to take the callus off my heals I had. I will most certainly be a repeat customer and would recommend them!

I can't believe this place has 3 stars. I had a reservation and still had to wait 15 minutes. I asked for the $38.00 pedicure and didn't get half the things they were supposed to do. The most unfriendly staff I've ever seen in a salon. I guess they don't speak English. It's been a week since I had my pedicure and the polish is already chipping . Started chipping 4 days after. Lousy place. I'll never go back or recommend.

Bella did a wonderful job. My 8 year old daughter also loved her mani pedi. Thanks great salon very clean and Covid taken seriously.

Took my teenage daughter here to get a mani-pedi. Decided to get a pedi myself. I was very disappointed in the service I got. I chose the spa pedi with the hot wax. The lady I had just sped through the whole process. I wanted white tips which costs extra. She started painting and I realized she hadn't even filed my nails when I said something she filed them after the paint and then just painted clear back over it looked terrible. I had to ask her to remove the paint and try again. I will say my daughter had a boy that did her pedi and he did a fantastic job and the younger girl that did her

The last three times I went here, my acrylic started lifting after about 4-5 days and my nails would start popping off. Great pedicures but I wouldn't recommend them to get your nails done

I'm not sure if it was just my tech having a rough day, but I was not super pleased with my nails. I received a full set today and on my entire left hand the nails are crooked. The pinky, ring and middle are all angled up and to the side. Shape is good and polish application was good. It's probably not noticeable to anyone else, but it's going to drive me nuts. She also cut my cuticle with the drill, and proceeded to go over it multiple times before I finally had to say something. I gave her 2 chances and then the third time I couldn't handle it anymore. Made an appointment for 2:00 wasn't told till 2:40 they were late but in my time waiting they started on 3 girls nails that came in 20-30 minutes after me. Unprofessional, will not be coming again, and I urge others to do the same or get ready for waiting 40 minutes without being talked to.

Amazing nail salon, very clean, and talented nail artist. Love this place. Make an appointment if possible they love to treat their customers equally and will need time for each person. I walked in and waited about 30 minutes but it was very worth it. Thank you for your work and kindness.

After having a horrible experience at another nail salon in the area, my mom and I decided to give this place a try and so glad we did!
They were able to fit us in despite having an entire bridal party and it being homecoming season. I don't get my nails done often but I will be returning here in the future. Fair prices for great service.

I LOVE QT nails! Have been a client since Tina opened. Tina and her staff keep the salon super clean. I always let Tina decide what design to do on my nails and this is one of my favorites. She so captured the Falls falling leaves, and the northern lights that we see sometimes. This group of ladies are true artists!

I enjoyed getting my nails done by Tina. They took me in quickly even though they were busy. Despite it being 30 minutes to closing she took her time and made sure I liked my nails and how it came out. I will be returning again!

This is my favorite nail salon I've ever been too! They have everything from dried flowers to foil and every time I go I walk out with something amazing and new! They are constantly bringing in cute new things to try out and I never leave disappointed. Highly recommend!

Not a bad place, came here awhile ago for a pedicure and today was to get a Gel Manicure for my daughter. The lady that did hers was busy helping everyone, but still made sure that her service was done right.
Place is clean and everyone seems pretty friendly too.
