As time passes, the classic bikes of the 60's, 70's, & 80's are slowly fading away/rusting back into the earth. We travel quite a distance to find the right bike in the best condition for the build. On a few rare occasions, the bikes find us. We start the polishing, or most of the time, "rust removing".
We do our best to reclaim & reuse the original parts by sending them to paint, powder coat, re-chrome, or polishing. Top ends, timing chains, valves, compression, etc are inspected & issues addressed as needed. Wear items are discarded & replaced -i.e. But with the throttle screwed on there is only the barest margin and no room for mistakes.

Beware. Avoid. My experience with Steel Bent Customs and Michael Mundy was so bad that I have a complaint filed with the Attorney General of Florida, the Florida DMV, the FLHSMV, as well as BBB. Michael put together a motorcycle (“Ginger”, a triumph) for me back in 2014. The title never made it to me (or was lost? I don’t know), but more importantly, Michael never registered the motorcycle in his name, and couldn’t get me a title. He committed what in most states (Florida as well, I believe) is a felony by “title jumping”, perhaps to avoid tax? I don’t know. The next problem is that
