I came in to order two seat cowling screws for my 2005 Thruxton and was told it was too old to look up without knowing the last 6 of my VIN. A quick two minute search on Revzilla on my phone and I was able to provide the parts desk with OEM part number. I called Triumph's customer help line just to see if that was true and the representative stated that even though the VIN is helpful in finding the specific part, a couple questions like (carb/fuel injected) would have been sufficient.
In short, I'm left believing that they just didn't want to be bothered with such a small order. I love my bike

Great apparel selection especially on the hard to find light riding boots for Florida heat and humidity!
Would suggest a small drink or snack bar near the couches so u can mingle with other triumph owners

Craig and Don did a wonderful job making my Speedmaster purchase a easy, no worry process. My first Triumph and Im amazed at the quality, drivability, comfort and looks. KJ made my buying experience excellent (though I understand he’s no longer with the dealership). The finance people were also on the ball. The parts guy that day was a bit crochety for my taste, but mellowed out a bit. The service tech didn’t have the best attitude though when I asked him to adjust the position of the saddle on the brand new bike I was buying. When I got home, I noticed the bolt had been so overtightened that I thought I was going to have to drill it out. Not cool. So Tampa Triumph, definitely more good than bad, especially in sales, but I’ll be taking my new Bobber TFC elsewhere

I want to share my experience of buying and choosing a motorcycle))) Traveled many different dealers, looked and probably sat on every bike in our city))) yes, maybe I'm a bore))) but this is the place where I feel at home)) the most welcoming dealer my opinion !!! Where do I begin? If I had to choose a few words to describe my customer experience at Tampa Triumph I would say “above and beyond” and “seamless”. For the first time I had an opportunity to take my Rocket 3 GT in for some light service and the entire staff treated me like family. It seemed like everyone in the building stopped everything to help me. I was flattered! My Rocket is the first Triumph I’ve ever owned and I’m excited that I get to service and maintain it with them! Don't fall for the show, the difference between prospect and client treatment is atrocious. They will have your back all the way up until the commission hits their bank account. Waited 6 weeks for a license plate, found the price of the bike previously sold at 7,300. That was 6000 miles less that when I picked it up. Offered me the same price as a "deal bc we're friends". Customer service isn't lacking but instead just lies and service center prices are that of a Mineke trying to rip you off.

There is a new lady in parts, her name might have been Betty but I'm horrible with names. She really went above and beyond to help correct a snafu. As a business owner I know how difficult it is to find good people but Tampa Triumph found one in her. The parts guy in Lakeland helped out as well. I'll be back.

I absolutely love the people and service at Tampa Triumph! They let me test ride multiple bikes before I found the perfect one for my wife and I. We decided to go with a used Trophy. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with it. I had a great experience with the purchase! They are also great with parts and service. If there is something that you need and they don't have it in the store, they will do everything they can to get it for you. The atmosphere is great and the people are super friendly.

I just picked up a Thruxton 900 from the crew over at Tampa Triumph. I have financed cars, motorcycles, boats and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. I called up to the shop a couple days ago and asked if they had any used bikes that fit my price range. The first person I spoke with was Shawn. He first assured me that he would make it work, but the real question he wanted from me was what was my style. What bike would best suit me. After talking to me he knew what I was really looking for and found it.
