If you are reading this review, please do not work with this company. My lawfirm canceled our agreement with them 18 months ago (IN WRITING), and just learned today they were using old credit cards we had on file, and were cycling the billing info every 4/5 month between different card numbers after we canceled services. Very unprofessional, please steer clear!

Steer clear of this fraudulent company. We cancelled our account with CallTrackingMetrics 18 months ago, received a confirmation email stating that our service had been cancelled, and just learned today that they have continued to charge us every month for the last 18 months through a backup credit card that was linked to our old account.

Awesome service. We use Call Tracking Metrics for a number of our clients to track marketing efforts across a number of paid media channels. The service allows us to focus on driving high-quality leads and weed out underperforming keywords and ad placements.

Nothing but great things to say about Call Tracking Metrics! Their software has extremely helped our business and the variety of clients that we work with. After trying two other Call Tracking systems, I found CallTrackingMetrics.....thank God!
They continually improve the system and have very competitive rates. one extra plus that they don't have contracts that bind you.
Support is awesome. I have been working with Laure for over 1.5 years now and she has always answered my questions within minutes or hours.
their integration with Google Analytics has helped me prove and improve my results for my clients. 5/5 all the way!

I chose 5 Stars b/c CTM is easy to work with. Are they perfect? Nope. There are things that they're working on to 'become' the perfect call tracking platform. The ability to listen to what customer's like us need, that capacity to tweak their systems to our specialties, CTM's level of understanding to us as a multi-million dollar / multiple location organization, the customer service that WE receive is what makes them PERFECT for us!

CallTrackingMetrics are by far the best value call tracking software provider I have ever come across. So many features that I am yet to harness but my favourite by far is the out-of-the-box Google Analytics integration which is so simple to implement yet provides me with amazingly powerful insights to optimise my client's Search Engine Marketing efforts. Their ongoing technical and after-sales support has been superb. Keep up the great work!

Having used various call tracking solutions (mostly inherited as clients came to me for marketing consults) I have crawled up the learning curves for several alternatives.
The stunning thing about CTM is you are continuously left thinking "Is that it?.... No really - is that all I have to do?"
Set up your numbers and there is a single line of code you have to add to your pages. And we add it through Google Tag Manager. It's a single set up and it works across the entire site in seconds.
