My system took a hit during a storm last week, thought I needed to replace it. I called I Am Guarded, got a nice lady on the phone who quoted me a fair price for replacement and put me on the schedule. Unfortunately things happen and I got pushed back, but that can happen in any business. When the mgr called me to day they had to reschedule he asked me a few questions about my problem and offered to remotely dial in to my system and see if he could trouble shoot it. Much to my surprise not only did he get into the system but they cleared faults that were affecting the system and got me back online

"I Am Guarded Security Systems" is a complete sham, rip off shady company. This outfit charged my HOA $562.50 for flipping a switch during a fire alarm check. I now have to decide between feeding my family or dealing with one of their Jewish lawyers. I am now reporting them to the BBB

I would Not use this place!!!! I got a security system for my daughter..I know I signed a contract for one year.The lenght of her contract where she was renting. I paid up for the first 3 months.We had a emergency move, the place was falling apart..I sent letter to the security place telling them we had to move out and the place she moved too would not let her have a security system in the place.They said I signed a 3 year contract.that it was personally a 5 year contract.Why would I sign a contract for 3 years if she was only under a one year contract? Have utilized this company for 4 years now. I had a different alarm company with poor customer service for years (decades?) and had enough, and was referred by a friend.
This company has excellent customer service and the technicians are very courteous. I've learned that they have all been there several years which in South Florida is rare to find. This says something about the company.
I now utilize I Am Guarded for my business as well as my Home. Extra special thanks to Rodney and Steve who are the best in the business.
