I like this company very much. They answered my questions very patiently and explained the products and the procedure very clearly. They use good quality name brands which I really appreciated. The installers were very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and clean. I called the next day with a question which they helped me with. I have no complaints and the price was good. You will be very happy with this company.

Somewhat disappointed..... multiple reminder and calls to service the installed cameras with no return calls or interest to correct the situation... promises of I will be there next week..promises I call back...never do..
.
I am extremely patient... but I would suggest to look at others with a bettet after sales service .....
They dont follow up with calls period.

This is by far the absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. I am a business owner myself, and I am shocked that someone can run a business like this. Steve installed cameras at my business over a year ago. Shortly there after one of the cameras completely stopped working, among other issues. I have been trying to reach him for now over one year. Yes, over one year! The rare times when I get to talk to him because I call from a random number he does not recognize, he sounds like he is all over the project and he's coming over right away and taking care of things.
