John was amazing and a saint during an awful time with the lose of my father. He comforted my Mom and I while handling all the paperwork, filings, death certificates and even made a house call for us on a very busy day for him. We will be forever grateful and John comes highly recommended by my entire family.

John Knapik of American Cremations, and Premier Funeral Services and Cremations, was our choice to handle the entire arrangement of services to include picking up the deceased, through the entire process including presenting our family the cremains in a tasteful urn.

Having a loved one die can be hard and having to deal with the after can be even harder. American Cremations made the process easier. It is never smooth but they made it as smooth as possible. Thank you - Star/Haydee/John. I felt like I was in good hands. What people fail to realized is that the law is the law and the process has to be followed. It takes time, but they were great at making me understand that.

Fast to take your money. Relatively easy initial transaction. They did an AVERAGE job of getting everything together for cremation and the ashes transported. HOWEVER, they originally told us that the remains would be available for pickup for 120 days after cremation. On the day of my father's ceremony, with friends and loved ones in town, I called to confirm the pickup of my father's remains and was told the owners were out of town and UNAVAILABLE TO DISBURSE HIS ASHES. I was told that because I had not called in advanced for pickup the owner had gone out of town. Not once throughout the entire

This crematory was recommended to our family through the hospice service we used. They were very nice when we first spoke to them. He let us know the process and fees. We live in Atlanta so we knew my mother's ashes would have to be mailed to us and it may take a little longer. Once they received our payment, we never heard a word from them again. I was originally told it would be 10 business day before she could be mailed to us, which is understandable... 20 days later i finally had to call (no 28 year old daughter should have to call about her mother's ashes, EVER!!) and ask where they were.

Smooth sales old time family biz, closes the deal quick. You think everything is getting done but he just moves on to the next client. Made the mistake to pick him for the better casket and had to do all the work myself from getting the doctors signature all the way to coroner. Unless you don't care about the deceased or have 2 months plus to wait for him to get around to you, pick the other guy for less. They cant do any worse. He might have been good once, but now he's practically retired.
