I love living at The Heights! The Heights is a very beautiful property with lovely layouts and great amenities. They have an amazing clubhouse with a 24 hour fitness center and pool. Along with the amenities the leasing staff is awesome as well. Taylor was extremely helpful and is always willing to answer any questions I may have. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood with a luxury feel!

Been here for almost a year now and I can quite say my experience has been pretty positive. The location is great- however lots of construction in the area.
Maintenance is super prompt & respectful. The only problem I really felt was lacking, was the quality of the apartment. The fixture and cabinets were great quality, however the blinds and paint were not the best quality. I’ve had a hard time cleaning the walls. If anything left a mark, it would be difficult to clean without having to repaint.
The amenities this complex has is what made this place worth it. In the summer you can walk to

I sold my home about three years ago and this is my first time living an apartment as a senior citizen. My experience with the staff and my neighbors has been very positive. The staff is welcoming and concerned about the residents. Maintenance responds quickly to any request. The pool, the exercise room, the in-apartment washer and dryer, spacious rooms, and being pet friendly are all part of what makes this a great experience for me.

GREAT APARTMENT!!! Only have to leave because of a new job farther away or I would have stayed for as long as I could. Love how close it is to everything, easy to get to yet safe because of the gate. Always cleaning the grounds which was nice. The staff was always very helpful and maintenance was quick! I only had to call a couple times but when I did they came the next day or scheduled with me in a timely manner. Dog park behind the complex which was used frequently. The apartments might be right by the busy roads but I never heard the hum of cars. I never even heard the people below or beside

Have not been a resident long but I spent several months looking for apartments in metropolitan Detroit and was impressed by their renovated options: the cabinetry, floors, bathroom, and several other features are recently renovated and it’s great. I adore my fireplace.
Maintenance is incredibly prompt. Besides waiting on some missing blinds, they’ve responded within 24 hours of filing a request.
My neighbors have been pretty quiet hitherto. I also live on the top floor so (ideally) should seldom hear anything.
I do enjoy the gym. It has everything I need.
