The guys on the floor were very helpful, getting me connected with someone in the service dept. They even walked me over!!!
The service dept was very efficient, and the time I did wait an employee carried on some small talk. Helping me forget about my 10 min wait... I can there is a lot family core values, cause that's how I felt, like family!! Thanks H-D

Gordy was GREAT with his knowledge on bikes and he was friendly! Also I purchased a new riding jacket, got home (which is 3 hours away) and found the security tag had not been removed by the cashier. Called to make a complaint this morning and was brushed off. I'll be taking my business to a different dealership from now on!

I was up in Fargo last year before Christmas and decided I would purchase a gift card for my son in law at the local Harley Davidson dealer. As other reviewers have mentioned, a few people working but it took a bit to get someone's attention. The purchase went fine and at Xmas I gave him the gift card. After the first of the year, he went on Harley's website but the card would not work. He then went to Harley of Fargo's website and it still would not work. He called the dealership and was informed that the card was only good in person at that dealer. My son in law lives in Otsego

We wandered around the sales floor for about 5min before being greeted. There appeared to be close to a dozen people working various positions. A few talked to each other.
There was one other patron.
Approached immediately by the motorclothes associates and checked in with periodically and politely.
Same person who initially greeted us thanked us on departure.
We did not make any purchases. The clothing department was sparse and the new bike my husband was looking for wasn't on the floor. We will try another store, probably Jamestown.

We are military and are often driving across country moving from one place to another. We always stop at Harley dealerships when we see them if they are open.
This is one of 3 I can name (out of honestly more than 40 we have stopped at) that does not provide a military discount. Considering Harley is a huge military supporter it's always a shame to see individual owners being so stingy. It's not a big deal, generally 10%, but when we are driving 2500 ++ miles to our "new" temporary home these places really are a family highlight... the kids love to look at the bikes, hubs
