Hibernian Home Care will customize a unique plan of care based on an individual client's needs and budget. We provide care for just a few hours per day up to 24/7 round the clock care. We offer a complimentary consultation to help assess the Home Care needs of your loved one. Family members are encouraged to participate in this process.

Hibernian Home Care recognizes certain illnesses and afflictions present a further challenge for our clients and their families. We understand that clients with cognitive impairments such as certain forms of Dementia or Alzheimer's Disease, neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), or Huntington's disease, or those who have suffered a stroke, have special requirements.

I needed assistance after a surgery. I called Hibernian and Cathy came over to change my dressing. Not only did she do that but took my blood pressure, temperature, listened to my heart and lungs and checked my swollen ankles. She answered all questions and told me exactly what was going on. After the two days that I saw her she texted to see how I was doing. She was a God sent and I am so thankful that I found this home care. Top notch, excellent are just two words to describe it.

Roger and Cathy helped my Mom during a difficult time for our family. Their compassion and professionalism was very reassuring during this time. They were very thorough with their initial evaluation and made it a point to connect with Mom before any care took place. They were excellent at communicating with our family about Mom and it gave us great piece of mind to know that she was receiving excellent care. The nursing has been wonderful, and the communication with office and the aides has been good. My sister is being taken to her doctors visits by the caregiver, and she is much more happy having the companionship and socialization. The aide is always on time, is fantastic with her communication, confirms with my sister that she is coming, lets her know ahead of time what they are doing that day, and communicates with me. Also, she is very well experienced and knows a lot about my sisters diagnosis and works with her particular needs. She is very kind, understanding, patient, and considerate.

I cannot say enough about Hibernian Home Care and the support me, my family and my cousin received from them. When I first contacted them I received a return call almost immediately with a wealth of information that I had not received from the five home care providers I had previously called. Their willingness to be flexible with the amount of hours we would be able to afford and the level of concern they offered with my family's particular situation was very sincere and caring. The caregiver who currently visits my cousin twice weekly is wonderful and he feels extremely comfortable with her. She
