Semi-Private Fitness Training is also known as small group personal training. Small group personal training has become somewhat of a buzzword in recent years as specialized exercise gyms like ours are IN and the big box gyms are OUT. Some people want personalized workouts and individual attention without paying the hefty price of one-on-one training.
The group classes at Ultimate Fitness are for all levels and have been designed as a 4 week program that changes from month to month to keep your body guessing and achieving results. It's filled with 5 different styles of training: HIIT, Strength training, Body weight, Crossfit & Conditioning. The main focuses of the classes are form correction, providing motivation and guaranteeing an organized schedule.
