The Cheney Place is a warehouse for those who can't wait to design their "urban meets vintage meets modern" event. Our building will woo you with its polished concrete and original hardwood floors, its frosted warehouse windows, and it's turn of the century freight elevator. The open format and crazy flexible space screams of possibility.
And we just happen to host the area's largest collection of vintage furniture rentals onsite to make design a whole lot easier. We love old buildings. And we love great design. The Cheney Place was AMAZING to work with. After having to postpone due to the pandemic and dealing with having to reschedule they were so incredibly helpful. We finally had the day we envisioned this past weekend and it was perfect! The staff was incredible, the guests raved about the venue, and we had such a great time. I’d recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. Can’t say enough good things!

The Cheney Place was the absolute best choice we could have made for our wedding. We booked last April after facetiming with the owner, Ben, for an hour and a half. He took the time to take us through every aspect of the venue and we instantly knew it was the place for us. Fast forward to the event, and our wedding was perfect. Our day of coordinator Quin nailed everything we were looking for and helped guide us through all of our many questions in our planning meetings. She was incredible on the day of the event and helped ease all stress we had, we truly can't thank her enough. It's been a week

Our daughter was married at Cheney place and had her reception there. This venue is awesome - she had her ceremony and reception without leaving. They coordinate and help with everything including providing suggested caterers which she used Kangaroo catering (fantastic food and excellent service - very professional) It was a special time and Cheney place took care of coordinating the ceremony and just made it very easy. The guests had a great time and loved the venue.

The Cheney Place was the perfect wedding venue! First of all, it’s beautiful and unique. Our ceremony was picture perfect, and the cocktail hour seating on the second floor is straight out of a magazine!
All of the preliminary meetings with our Cheney Place day-of planner were delightful and stress-free, and everything went off without a hitch! They have a great staff and excellent planners. They even set up and tear down your decorations for you, so we were able to fully enjoy the evening!

Cheney Place is beautiful. I cannot say how much I absolutely loved the vintage/glam feel of their space. Pictures came out awesome. The staff was amazing - even when dealing with us throughout COVID. They were so accommodating to everything. I literally had no worries on my wedding day because of them. Not sure if any other venue could have beat that.

If they had 6 stars, I would rate them that! The minute we walked into the venue, we knew that was where we were going to spend our special day. Every time we walked into the space, we felt welcomed and trusted. We were able to pop in and walk around the space without feeling watched every minute, and felt that our creativity could fly! The ability hang items from the ceiling, and the endless amount of support from the staff was out of this world. I think so many reasons why my day went so well, was because of Carmen and Megan throughout the entire day. They had it handled. The venue itself was

Had to cancel our wedding due to covid and they refuse to give us a refund on our deposit. We asked for a refund right when Covid started even though our wedding was a year away, but they said no even then. Mind you, we'd only booked the place a month earlier so they hadn't even had our deposit on hand that long. Not impressed compared to the refunds I've gotten from others involved in the wedding process.

This is a gorgeous venue for a wedding! In addition to the venue, the staff was just great. Very organized and went over and above to make sure my daughter's wedding was everything she wanted. Emily was the best!! There are so many details to a wedding, and they made things very easy for us. I'm so glad we chose Cheney :-)
