Insure Me Better was founded in 2009 and started off as a small family owned insurance agency in Glendale, AZ. Although the company has remained within the family, today we are looking to expand into our fourth location in the valley and have been fortunate enough to work with over 5,000 families within the state of Arizona.

Carlos was my agent that setup my policy when I got my car in January. I then had a message in my Progressive dashboard telling me to submit proof of how long I've owned the car. I reached out to Carlos and he said he'll get it submitted, so I sent it over to him. My premium then increased by $131 dollars because the information was not correct on the policy about the length of ownership. I spoke with a different agent that stated Carlos must've added a different length of ownership so the price could be lowered. He never said anything about changing any information, and from what I know this is

Insure me better has been great to work with for finding the best price on my auto insurance! Everywhere else that I tried couldn't get me the Price with the coverage I wanted, but Carlos and Diego at insure me better were excellent. i've been using this company for a little over 2 years now I've even referred a few friends and they we're more than satisfied with the services at insure me better. I would definitely recommend insure me better to anyone!

I called to cancel my home owners and was promised I would get a refund check in the mail by the 1st of February. I cancelled in the first week of January and I thought I would be refunded my money the same day. I waited until the second week of February to receive my check I didn't get it I called the customer service representative at the office they told me they would call me back or send me an email on Friday and they never did. I called him back on Monday and they were avoiding my call. I called from a different number and the customer service representative answered my call. something shady
