Very responsive, professional team. They answer the phone, respond to email, are available for in-person service, or secure online meetings if you are not comfortable with the in-person option. I feel confident that Matt knows his stuff and has trained his team to be equally competent. We moved over from another agents office that we had been with for a long time after not being able to get an appointment with our agent to review our policies for several years. After reviewing with Matt, we found several areas where we had gaps in coverage and basically a mess. Matt and team have done a great job

We had a great experience refinancing our mortgage with Matt and Rocket Mortgage! We thought we already had a pretty low interest rate and when Matt called to let us know we would qualify for a lower rate we were in! The process was so streamlined and access to every step through the app made everything really easy. We were approved and had all the details done in like three days! Matt was able to help us reduce our monthly payment and get some funds for some of the house projects we want to do. Talk about being a good neighbor! Thanks Matt!

I was referred to State Farm for my car insurance by a friend who was very pleased with their service. He recommended that I speak with Matt so he could assist me in finding suitable coverage. Matt was not available to take my call but an angel sent from heaven helped me instead, Debbie King. I can’t say enough about how thorough, friendly and helpful she was. She even gave me recommendations for amazing restaurants in the area since I am new to the area!

I highly recommend Matt Watson State Farm. Matt is a great family man, great In the community With fund raising and support. I have my cars, house and other policies with Matt. He always takes the time to speak with me and explain what I need to know. He is very professional and recently went to bat for me on a claim, which I don’t think I would have received without him! Matt Watson is amongst the most caring professionals I have ever met. As a full-time realtor I have referred many of my clients to him and he has treated each one like GOLD. We needed a new company to insure our home. We interviewed a few companies and decided on State Farm. Matt is professional, engaging and friendly. He provided us with insurance lingo that we could understand allowing us to make an educated decision. We interacted with a couple of staff members and they were professional, friendly, optimistic, and informative. When we had questions, Matt responded in a prompt manner.
