I have no words for the guys that work here. Extremely unprofessional. They will laugh at you, make you the problem, and I was told by them that they have no responsibility to help customers understand anything. They are literally just there to take your money. Any issues you have after that, good luck dealing with it on your own. This office DOES NOT have your back. This office DOES NOT care about you. I switched to another agency while a different policy finishes out. I’m so thankful I no longer have to do business here. They put a bad name on the State Farm company.

Hello, AB is very immature, raises his voice at you on the phone and in person. He inherited his business from his dad. When you try and deal with him you can tell that he hasn't worked for much in his life and hasn't experienced the school of hard knocks. I have been with State Farm since I was 18. I'm 60 now, a Veteran, and a 3-time breast cancer survivor, and am 115 lbs. soaking wet. I had a theft and he made me out to be a crook. I held a TSSC (top-secret security clearance) with the Dept. of Defense. They don't just hand those out. He is very unprofessional. Shame

This office location for Statefarm is exceptional! I HIGHLY recommend Braden and his team for all of your insurance needs. I had some complicated issues to deal with and Braden was spot on helping me every step of the way for several months now. Alex has been fantastic from the beginning! Previously I had State Farm (different office) but left due to price and lack of communication. Three years later a friend introduced me to Alex who actually works for State Farm (funny that). I was hesitant to return but he eased my fears with the numbers he provided and the coverage offered. Alex is very knowledgeable, easy to get along with and, personable.

Alex is a great agent. He followed up with me within 24 hours and explained a lot of complicated insurance stuff into easy to understand terms. I absolutely love this branch! Prior to working with Alex, I used a branch that I could barely ever get in touch with. Alex has helped me save money & is always so patient with my crazy work schedule. Even when Alex is unavailable, he has an incredible staff supporting him! I haven known and worked with Alex for years. I am a commercial agent myself and know the insurance industry. He is extremely professional and is thorough with his clients and always does what is best for them. He has a great product and takes the time to advise what is best for each cleint so they have a personal relationship experience, not just a policy.

This guy is highly unprofessional. Alex made a mistake on my bill and when I questioned him he refused to answer my calls or emails, then when I visited his office in person he called the police on me. Never do business with this office especially if you are an above average height African-American male or he will say he feels "harassed" regardless of how nice you are.
