We are a team of Health Professionals that provide ongoing care under the request of the patient's personal physician. Home health services are rendered to homebound patients that need part-time and intermittent visits. We are accredited by The Joint Commission. The Joint Commission accreditation and certification is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality that reflects an organization's commitment to meeting certain performance standards.
At Excell Home Care, we offer a wide range of services to make sure we are able to give your loved ones the complete care they need. In addition our general services, we offer some specialty programs to take your healthcare a step further on issues that need a deeper level of treatment. Professional Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse provide prescribed treatments, assess changes and supervise the care of the patient.

My visiting nurse Veronica Sandoval is definitely excellent at what she do. She is not only exceptionally intelligent but professional and sympathetic. If I ever had any questions or doubts about anything I wouldn’t hesitate to ask her. She would be so patient with me answering the numerous questions I had about care.

My mother developed a pressure sore while in assisted living. Kristal at Excell Home Care contacted me within 24hrs of receiving the referral. She was able to explain the process to me and what would be involved since I wouldn't be present with mom during treatment. She emailed me the consent, I sent it back & she quickly started treatment. I was updated by Kristal on how many visits & how treatment was progressing. At one point a nurse called me & I called her cell phone when I had a question. She answered, on her day off & let me know she wasn't my moms nurse that week

Worst irresponsible company I have ever worked with in my life...I called them seven times in two days to arrange a nurse visit me at home to change my wound packing, as directed by Kaiser hospital. Twice they disconnected me after I waited on the phone for awhile to speak to someone. Five times I gave all of my information to someone on the phone (different person each time) and they promissed to call me back as soon as possible with a schedule of when an RN could come to my home.Not even once did I recieve a return call. After three days of waiting for their call back I went to Kaiser Hospital

Sulah Yang is an amazing nurse that taken care of my love one,she is extremely dedicated to her works and went extra mile for her patients. Debbie is the occupational therapist who has been very supportive and helpful as well as Dayana our case worker who has been doing her job professionally. Today was my first day taking care of my father. I had so many questions and felt so overwhelmed. Hugh Van Rn came to the rescue. He explained in detail my questions, helped my mother in her concerns, and overall was a great comforter as he saw my deep concerns about my fathers recovery. He even helped me emotionally. Great home health company I highly recommend this fir your home health needs my mom needed nurses to come out and physical therapy and after a few nurses and home health agencies we have the best care with excel and THE ABSOLUTE HANDS DOWN BEST PHYSICAL THERAPIST HER NAME IS DIEM !!!!she's hands down the most positive and friendly nurse for physical therapy for my mom she got her up and walking in no time

My visiting nurse Hugh Van was not only extremely knowledgeable, but professional and kind. A rare find during the hustle and bustle of today's world and the ever present COVID-19 looming over us all.
He answered my questions, my dad's questions, and if my cat could talk....He probably would have taken time out to answer her questions as well. So polite.

This is my first time receiving home health care from Excell Home Care so I didn't know what to expect. I'm glad to say that it was a pleasant first experience. My nurse Alani M. was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am recovering from a perforated appendix and Alani was very careful and thorough in treating my wound area. I am receiving nursing and physical therapy services from Excell after a back surgery. The days after surgery were not pleasant and I was not sure of the recovery process. The cloud started to lift with the PT services of Monique Liggins. She is professional, personable, and thorough in explaining what to expect as I recover. I am familiar with the health care field, and was an observer the times my mother required physical therapy after various surgeries. Monique's education and skills became apparent as she guided me through the process, and I feel hopeful.
