My mother came home on hospice care and we needed to find care givers ASAP. I contacted Archangel Care Services and spoke to Mary who was just awesome! She was so helpful during this difficult time. Leaving a loved one in the care of strangers is a hard thing to do. I was 110% satisfied with the care my mother received. Karen, Stella and Millet were just so amazing and I knew my mother was in good hands. I can’t stress how good it felt knowing my mother was taken care of so well while I was at work. Great people and reasonably priced.

It looks like this business is soliciting its own reviews! Real reviews tend to provide actual experiences, specific to the individual who received the service. It’s sad that people are abusing the Google business platform to generate fake reviews. How awful is that.
Our experience with this business was very different than the idyllic descriptions in the other 5 star reviews. In our opinion, the business owners, who appear to be a married couple, are only focused on money. Not the patient. During our inquiry with this location, we found it so uncomfortable that we ended up cutting the meeting

When my husband was unexpectedly hospitalized for a very serious illness, we were wondering about next steps in care when he was discharged. I received amazing care after getting an extensive orthopedic surgery. The caregivers were knowledgeable, caring, kind, thoughtful, and very professional. We were given the call that in 48 hours our Dad would be discharged. My partner and I are in our early 20's with no experience in anything relating to "caregiving," let alone caregiving for our Dad in hospice who suffered a stroke that left him bedbound. Our family hired Archangel to provide home care services for our Uncle Tony. From the initial meeting to discuss our uncle's needs to services rendered, Archangel provided exceptional service in a caring and respectful manner. Mary got us what we needed including staff for a few holidays and overnight shifts! I work crazy hours. So it was important to have flexible staff at reasonable pricing. Before going with Archangel, I contacted a few agencies. They couldn't (or wouldn't) provide what we needed without trying to bust my budget.
As for staffing. Everybody is nice. If you can get Julius, J.R, or Khrystine, even better!

Archangel Care Services has provided extremely professional and personally curated services for my family. Mary, who is the owner, arrived at the home herself to ensure that we could hash out details face to face in order to make sure both parties were satisfied. Archangel was amazing! Friendly, caring team of people. We had Chris and Julius and can’t say enough good things. In the short time we had them, they became like family. My Mother recently had a fall and had to have surgery on both shoulders. Archangel was one of the care givers recommend. Thank God we picked them. I met with Mary and was hooked. The BENAVIDEZ family is large and loving. Our Mom, Grandma is QUEEN. Jack and Katrina have been great CARE GIVERS. Our family is completely confident in the care Archangel has given and will continue giving our QUEEN.
