Rachel and Lee are a husband and wife team that have carved out a fantastic niche in the Philadelphia area's design market. As the owner of Able Plumbing Supply in Philadelphia, Lee heard the needs of his loyal customer base looking to send their clients to a showroom with excellent service. A few short months after their twins turned 2, he told Rachel he was ready to open a showroom and she was the only one he trusted to do this with.
Flow was created with the simple philosophy to "just be nice." This simple concept morphed into one of the most unique, beautiful plumbing showrooms in the country. Rachel came with fresh eyes to create a space she'd want to shop in, while breaking the mold of what a typical plumbing showroom should be.

From the moment we walked in the door we were very impressed with Flow. The store is large, clean and superbly merchandised. The staff, led by Rachel, was absolutely the best. My wife and I were under some time pressure to find all the plumbing fixtures for our remodel. Rachel personally worked with us in a way that was really a joy. She sized up our needs quickly and steered us thru the many options efficiently. She was personable, easy going, knowledgeable, and patient. Her taste level is impeccable. Working with Flow Kitchen & Bath Design Studio is an absolute pleasure, and this showroom is definitely worth the trip! Very knowledgeable, everyone at Flow took the time to confirm all the details, answering our questions, during the selection process, from purchasing, to the delivery. Then, magic happened, because it's a "happy dance" every time I do the dishes! I LOVE this faucet!!!! Thank you!

Rachel took a really bad experience of a series of unfortunate events (with a misplaced order that a designer we used placed) and made it a bit better through pretty good customer service. The faucets are beautiful and really nice quality, which we really desired for the master. That said, they were a bit overpriced. We are hoping the bath redo will really be reflected in our home appraisal this week. We had 5 other baths to redo, and used amazon, overstock and wayfair. We are just as satisfied with the quality of those faucets. The designers mistake resulted in ~16 week delay and losses due to
