The HomeTech team recently completed a master bath renovation for us, and we're thrilled with it! Their expertise was applied to all stages of the process: design, fixture selection/guidance, modifications with consideration of budget constraints, and top notch construction/implementation. In addition, they were considerate of keeping our living space as un-impacted as practical. Start to finish, the project was on time and on budget. We highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue. I have been living within my remodeled first floor kitchen, family room and dining area designed and installed by HomeTech for the last two years! My entire family loves what they did! We went to a completely open concept on the first floor and HomeTech gave us 2 design options then completed the chosen design within the timeframe scheduled. There were no huge issues; when one came up, it was clearly explained, and we adjusted accordingly. They were always responsive to questions and issues even after completing the installation. Several months after completion, we

I inquired about a bathroom remodel estimate, and they person who called me back was more focused on self praise than answering my questions or asking me what my goals were or talk to me about scheduling an estimate. He then proceeded to mansplain township ordinances in a rather condescending way as if he were trying to discourage me from remodeling. He basically did every cliche thing short of asking to speak with "the man of the house." I have had work done by contractors before and it baffles me that I got such a hard time about ordinances and applying for permits before he would even consider

We used Let's Face It to renovate our kitchen a few years back and we very pleased with the end results and cost. A year ago we started looking for a company to renovate our master bath. After interviewing a number of contractors we discovered that HomeTech and Let's Face It were both run by Dave Cerami. After the initial design concept provided by Dave we hired HTR to do the renovation and moved forward to the final design. The end results are beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The tile work is exceptional and the new cabinets have given us 3x the space we previously had. Just prior to project

This is our second project with HT Renovations- master bath in our previous and current homes. Dave Cerami was very involved and attentive throughout, coming up with some ad hoc and creative design ideas and helping to troubleshoot issues with the plumbing and tile suppliers. The design work was outstanding, and the quality of workmanship- especially the tile- was exceptional. Appreciated Ken Baker's responsiveness and candid communications throughout, and all of the people working in our home were professional and reliable. Our new bathroom is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with the final

Every morning for the past three years I have walked into my new kitchen with a smile on my face. We love everything about it and wouldn't change a thing. Dave Cerami's design ideas included things that were obvious (move refrigerator, add lighting) to things that we wouldn't have thought of in a million years (move washer/dryer, run back splash tile up to the ceiling over a window, wood floor throughout, and yes, there is room for adding seating at the kitchen counter!). Dave was easy to work with, listened to our needs and ideas, and came up with a plan that met our needs and our budget. His
