It is a privilege to introduce you to my plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in Scottsdale. The doctor-patient relationship is a special partnership that I take seriously, and I believe that open and honest communication between doctor and patient is very important. Double Board Certified, Dr. Brown received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his medical degree from The Chicago Medical School. He then completed his General Surgery residency at Northwestern University in Chicago. While at Northwestern, Dr. Brown joined Dr. Thomas Mustoe's lab and spent one year dedicated to wound healing and scarring research.
Being a nurse is more than just a career to me. I absolutely love what I do! I truly believe I was destined to be in the aesthetics and reconstructive world. Helping people build their confidence, watching them flourish and be whoever it is that they want to be, is incredibly rewarding for me.

I called to schedule a consultation for a breast reduction and was told they don't accept insurance. The person didn't even ask what the surgery was. I was confused because my insurance has him as an approved provider and their own website says they take insurance?? I was also referred to them from a different breast doctor.

I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Brown for a lift and exchange for bigger implants. I am still in recovery but I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He is an excellent surgeon and very experienced. He was happy to answer my questions during the entire process. His staff are extremely friendly and helpful too.... a big THANK YOU to Denise and Sierra, you both were awesome! Thanks again for making me feel so beautiful Dr. Brown! I can't wait until they are fully healed.

Very disappointed in my experience here. I initially booked a consultation specifically with Skyler for lip fillers being that I loved her work. After the consultation was done I was informed by a staff member that if I did not proceed with treatment I would be refunded. 3 days later it came to my attention Skyler (who I specifically booked with) was leaving the practice. After receiving this news I called the office to let them know I would not be proceeding with treatment and I was told they would not refund me like originally stated. This is horrible business being they let me book an appointment

I wish we could put 5 billion stars. We sure need more Drs like Dr Brown!! He is an amazing person kind and caring. I had breast cancer and Dr Brown did an awesome job fixing me up due to another Drs carelessness. 😭😭 There are truly no words to describe how amazing Dr Brown is.💖😁 I absolutely love Ricky. 💖🤗 And anyone who has him as a surgeon is truly Blessed.

He did my most recent breast reconstruction and the results are amazing.
Everyone in his office as well as at the surgery center was so helpful and kind. I have had several surgeries due to my health and have had my share of bad experiences related to surgeries and Doctors so when you find a good one you want to shout it from the roof tops!
I would recommend Dr. Brown to anyone.

Best Plastic Surgeon Ever!!!! Highly recommend. He’s the best and so is his staff. Does amazing work even after cancer didn’t leave much to work with. Super personable and invests the time to know exactly what you want and need. He has super high standards and is definitely a perfectionist. Can’t say enough about his bed side manner and quality of work. I’ve worked with many surgeons in my own career and he is top notch. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and having so many decisions to make all at once, I’m glad I choose Dr. Brown. And will continue to follow

I was referred to Dr. Brown by my female breast cancer doctor. I was having problems with my breast implants. They were sagging & painful. He ultimately suggested I get an MRI to see exactly what was wrong & if there was a problem. Breast implants were ruptured & I decided to just remove, nor replace, & have a lift. The whole procedure & follow up was handled very professionally. I was handled by a staff of very helpful, caring people who made this whole experience very satisfying. Thank you for taking the time to Care!

Dr.Brown is my all time Favorite, then the office staff are just as great! Can’t wait to go back in 2020 to get more done. I went to another surgeon in September of 2018 because insurance didn’t cover Dr.Brown but now have to go back to have Dr. Brown so he can correct my breast because the other doctor did a horrible job. 😭😭

Skyler is the amazing aesthetic injector at Brown Plastic Surgery. I went to her back in February for my first experience with lip fillers and I am very happy with the results. Not only do my lips look great, but Skyler and the girl at the front (Katie, I think?) made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. After my appointment she reached out several times to see how things were going and to make sure all was well. My lips swelled a tiny bit in the beginning, as to be expected, but there was little to no pain or bruising.

I went to see Lauren for my lips and Botox as she's a new addition to their team at Dr. Brown's office. I was a little hesitant because Dr. Brown is a friend of mine and I only had seen him. I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and experienced Lauren was. She knew exactly what I wanted a despite a little bump in the road on products I had previously purchased she made it RIGHT to help me! What a professional and amazing experience. My lips swelled quite a bit after so I was nervous but she ensured me everything was normal and so I trusted her. It's been almost 2 weeks

From start to end, amazing experience. His office staff is welcoming and comforting, his office is warm, and his professionalism will put you at ease immediately. After choosing him as my surgeon, I couldn't be happier with my surgical outcomes. Dr. Brown is an exceptional Doctor and an even more exceptional person. He goes above and beyond for each and every one of his patients. I have seen him for multiple small procedures and each time he has made me feel comfortable and confident. Not to mention I love how everything looks afterwards (near perfect).

Your genuine and caring attitude made all the difference in the world on the consult day. I never thought I could actually look like a normal woman, but I secretly ached and wished to. It took a tremendous amount of courage for me to come to the office and you truly nurtured me through - I'll never forget that. And Missy, you're a doll!!! Your kindness and sensitivity went right through to my heart and has remained there.

I was diagnosed with stage 3 Breast cancer in Nov 2013 and 10 days later I started aggressive Chemo. My mass was so large it had to be reduced to be able to have my bi-lateral mastectomy. I was referred to Dr Brown by my amazing oncologist, she said he "is the best...". Dr Brown and his staff; Laura, Missy, Jamie and the very efficient, Octavia are very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I've been a very challenging patient for Dr Brown but he is so caring, compassionate, concerned and comfortable to talk with and discuss options with I can't imagine traveling this journey without him
