Dr. Brian Bruggeman, MD, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Breast augmentation surgery offers the opportunity to enhance what nature has given you. Many women desire to change the shape or size of their breasts or create breast symetry for a desired silhouette. Aging, weight gain or loss, or other physical changes can create undesirable sagging or loose skin that can be correct with breast augmentation surgery.
Breast lift procedures (mastopexy) are used to fix saggy breasts or improve the appearance of post-pregnancy breasts. Many women find that as they age, their breasts begin to droop. Gravity pulls tissue and skin downward, causing breasts to lose their shape and tone. Post-pregnacny breasts also look different than pre-pregnancy.
Breast reduction surgery helps reduce large breasts. Although some women wish they were well-endowed, large breasts can cause backaches, poor posture, and other problems. Extra large breasts may also make a woman look out of proportion; breast reduction surgery can correct this so that breasts are better proportioned to a woman's current figure.
Although implants can last a lifetime, breast implant removal may be needed as time goes by. Some women find that their implants no longer fit their lifestyle. Others find that breast implant malfunction necessitates removal. Older breast implants can leak, change shape, or shift. If they do, removal may be necessary.

Such a friendly atmosphere. Elizabeth was fantastic!! So helpful and knowledgeable. When I got my IPL she explained everything to me and how it might feel on my skin. She has continued helping me improve my skin by recommending products that work best for it and I can see the results. Thank you Elizabeth!!

I had my first microneedling service with Elizabeth. She is absolutely stellar. Was very helpful and enthusiastic about her job, you can just tell she loves her job. She did an amazing job explaining the procedure as we go and she also provided great education on how to take care of the skin post-procedure. Still waiting on the results but I would highly recommend just based off customer service experience!

I’m so glad I researched Dr B after I had a bad experience from a Med Spa. Not only did he correct my body, he took the time to really explain the Why’s & answered the many questions my Husband & I had. He realistically, medically went over the best procedure that will be a successful outcome for me.

She talk to me through the whole process told me exactly what was happening what she would be doing what she was looking for and the results she wanted to achieve for a better ME! .
