I have been mistakenly uninsured due to an error of customer service of dropping coverage for the incorrect vehicle. The office has not answered calls nor have they returned calls. I was much better off with progressive with caring and service. I would definitely NOT recommend doing business with Becki Taylor office. Carrie Lifer turned me over to very poor standards in my opinion.

I contacted Kayla with Stare farm, I just truly felt we were paying to much for our other company.. working with her was so easy and with no stress, not only did she save me $140 a month but we got great coverage as well ! I highly recommend calling and getting a quota! Debbie was very helpful in assisting me today! I have a credit card through State Farm and was having trouble activating my new card.
