Sherry is responsible for overseeing the day- to- day management of the Magnolia Rental office located in Piedmont, SC. She has been with Magnolia for 7 years. Sherry works closely with the other staff to ensure all of the daily issues are addressed. Her primary function is to handle all the accounting, including, bill payments, payroll, posting repair costs, and any associated accounting functions.

She compiles all monthly owner statements and provides monthly financial information to the property owners. Carol Lee is our Administrative Assistant and is lead support for our Office Manager. She has been with Magnolia for 3 years. She handles posting rental payments, lease preparation, assists with monthly owner statements and general accounting.
Services
We have potential tenants that are already pre-qualified and waiting for rentals that meet their criteria. We also have a stream lined process to complete rental applications, pre move-in checks, multiple advertising avenues, and contacts with business and government agencies that place tenants. Our properties rent quickly so you can start seeing a return on your investment.
At Magnolia Rental Property Management we understand that keeping your property in shape is one of the best ways to ensure you retain tenants and preserve your investment. With our in-house maintenance staff we can quickly address tenant complaints and fix most issues without the costly expense of hiring outside contractors.
Applications may be submitted online through our website, at a property showing, or at the office. Applications are valid for three months. Your application may be used for any property we manage that becomes available within that three month time frame. Should the property you applied for rent, please review our available properties and let us know which property to apply your application.
Our Owner Johnny Pack started Magnolia Rental Property Management in 2004. After years of managing his own properties with Piedmont Property Investments he developed numerous contacts in real estate sales, maintenance, plumbing, HVAC and electrical areas. His passion in the rental business lead him to starting Magnolia Rental Property Management.
Clemson, South Carolina may be most famous for Clemson University which has been standing since the late 1800's. When you hear the name Clemson, you think football, especially if you're from there. Since the school was founded, there has been a bitter rivalry with the South Carolina Gamecocks, mainly due to the strong sense of loyalty each college has to its history and reason for being there.

This is my first time renting in the upstate. I put in my application and was contacted of a showing in the area is was looking for. The staff at the office was very helpful in explaining the steps to take after putting down my deposit. Also, all the minor issues I saw prior to moving in was repaired in a timely matter. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property to move into.

I have rented from this company for 2 years now! They are not at all helpful or quick to respond. I have a 204 dollar washer bill due to a water leak! I had to call them several times to report the problem! When they "fixed" it, it still leaked! Not to mention the wall they had to open to fix the leak is still warped and not put back in place. So when I complained about the way things are fixed and the people they send I was told I'd have to get rid of the dog I was approved to have before I moved in or I'd be evicted. The company they use patch things up and never schedule a time to come out,

I submitted a $45 application fee on a rental on 11/04. I got a text on 11/05 to come to a group showing. I met with the rental company representative on Saturday 11/06, during a group showing on an older house. The agent asked me what I wanted to do since I was the first one there. I asked if she could send me information about the average monthly power bill and water bill since it was an older house, and she agreed that she would once she received the deposit. I went to Walmart and got a money order for $750, then gave it to her when I went back to the house. On Monday 11/08, I started looking

As a first time renter I did not love nor hate this group. They have several ways to communicate, when able, they try their best to be helpful, and they are fair. They also answered a lot of questions from me, and I really appreciate their patience with a 1st time renter. With any issues I had come up, the property manager, Carol, was fantastic. Working in customer service, I have high expectations especially when paying for a service such as a home, and she definitely met those expectations. I lived alone with my dog and they had no issues with me installing cameras to the home nor did they mind

The Magnolia team was great to work with. They rented my property and took care of everything. I later wanted to sell my property so I had them list the property and within a week we went under contract for more than asking price. The property has now sold and they also took care of everything through that process including repairs that came up from the home inspection. Really easy group to work with as a property owner. Thanks Sherry, Rene, Carol, Van, Johnny and other Magnolia team members for all your help!

I actually rented this place for my daughter. Seem to be a good deal. There were things that needed to be repaired they came out to inspect and fix the major things. The only down fall were the neighbors in the other duplex had police at their apt all the time. They fault constantly waking my daughter up in the middle of the the night. It got to were she didn't feel safe being a young female that lived alone. The office staff allowed her to pay out her lease. If they could show the apt. When they returned her Deposit they only pro-rated the rent for that month and so many companies would have tried

This property management is VERY unprofessional and VERY unorganized. I have reached out numerous times to get in contact with the property manager, to discuss my security deposit being returned. I received a letter in the mail stating that I would not have my security deposit returned to me because I did not give 30 day notice, however, I did move out when my lease was up, and they did not let me know the price was going to increase within 30 days of my departure. It was well in a 2-3 weeks before they let me know. Remind you, while we were still living in the rental, we have waited three months

A work order was placed last weekend. On Monday, I received a call in regards to the repairs of a water leak. I told the employee, we were not home due to work and did not make arrangements for them to have inside access. We had no prior notice of their arrival to make these arrangements. I was told he would reschedule and contact me to give me the day and time. So we could make arrangements to have the repairs done for our water leak. Today I called, to find out, the employer never fulfilled his end and rescheduled. A week has past and our shower is showing water pressure issues. My main concern

I called this company about a property. I am moving to Anderson for a job and needed a place for me and pets. Abby was very helpful and even explained that while they had nothing in Anderson at the moment. They do put new properties on the website all the time. I will definitely call back to see about new properties. And hopefully will be able to rent from them. Even if I find another place before then, I would still recommend this company.

I’ve been with Magnolia for almost a year. They always respond in a timely matter any time I call or text! I just moved into another one of there properties and needed some work done. Angel and Luis did a wonderful job with the repairs. I was very pleased. They even mopped my floor after they were done. Thanks to them and Magnolia for resolving the repairs!
