Robinson Group Realty of SC offers a full-service property management program that encompasses a unique hands-on approach to property management. Formal quarterly property inspections with face-to-face contact with each tenant provide the foundation of the management program. Each property is evaluated on an individual basis with the end result being a management program that will suit the needs of each property and owner.

Payment for the application fee must also be received prior to processing, which is only accepted in cash or certified funds (money order or cashier's check); the fastest and easiest way, however, is to apply and pay your fee online.
Thank you for choosing to rent a property through us. We are a property management company that leases and cares for homes for a wide variety of property owners. The following information will be useful to you during the time you reside in one of our properties. Keys to your property will be issued on the day you sign your lease agreement you are entitled to occupancy during our normal business hours.
Rent is due on the FIRST of every month. After the 5th of the month, there will be a charge of 20% of the rent for late fee and after the 10th you will be charged an additional $195.00 for eviction. Evictions are filed on the 11th. They are mailed to you after we have done an inspection of the home can be up to 30 days after tenant moves out.
The competition determines the rental amount. As experts in the field, we know the market and the competitive rental ranges for your home. If the home is marketed too high the home will be vacant much longer. If it is marketed too low, it may be one or two years before the price becomes competitive again.

My team and I have recently (within two months) began renting a commercial property from Robinson Group Properties of SC. I must say, just like any new rental or place that you may inhabit, you will tend to run into a few issues. Well, we did and I must admit that this company and their staff have delivered nothing LESS than stellar service to us. Ms. Carol, a very key player on their team, is very responsive when requests are made and she is very thorough in ensuring that issues or concerns are relayed to the property managers. These people are a bunch of thieves!!! They have not issued a refund as promised since vacating their property more than 45 days ago and the Father and Son duo will not return any of the phone calls or voicemails that have been left for them.
Thomas Robinson and Corey Robinson are not trust worthy people and the people in their employ are just as shady. One of their employees Iesha Vernon, has used bullying tactics to force us to sign a new lease on a property that we were vacating even though we had notified them more than a month prior to the vacate date!
