Terrible experience! I was told my heating and cooling costs would go down after the installation of my windows. This did not happen. My house feels colder in the winter and warmer in the summer. I only needed… two windows replaced. LIE convinced me to replace all windows in my home. My OLD Andersen Windows were more efficient than new LEI Windows. I would love to replace all my LEI Windows if I had the money. It also took over three years to get all Windows and damaged windows installed. LEI initially received my attention and business by coming into my home to sell us “the best” windows with the “best customer service.” My experience thus far has been the complete opposite. Our products were ordered in March 2021 and are still waiting in October 2021 for our job to be completed. During the first install date we received… installers whom were fired due to their poor quality of work and installed many of my products incorrect. Now in October after having 3 visits from other installers and multiple contacts with LEI I am STILL awaiting the job to be

Terrible experience. Quoted 10-12 weeks. Had windows installed first week of September, EIGHT months later. Every single window had sticker adhesive, one with a defect, and two windows short. 4 emails later I finally got a response that this is not unusual with their “new installers”. We are now being told that the defective window will take… “months” to be replaced. The customer service has been non-existent. It is one thing to blame COVID, another to not answer emails and calls and perform a subpar install. Very disappointed in this (costly) experience.

The date was April 15, 2021. I saw a post regarding LEI and that they were running promotions in my area. I checked into it and thought my experience was going to be a good one. Silly me.
The salesperson,… Shane, said he never saw an order for windows take more than 6 weeks. He said “you should get them in a month and half”. Fast forward it to 13 weeks later.. I finally get them. I was aggravated but was happy the day finally came where I get new windows. The installers were horrendous…. We have new carpet in the bedrooms along with having a one year old who crawls all

We recently replaced all the windows in our house and what a difference! I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service of LEI Home Enhancements- their team has been incredibly professional and courteous from day 1. The windows are not only beautiful (and a TOTAL upgrade from the original windows) but I have noticed better air quality in our… house, even temperatures throughout, and no more hotspots from the sun.
