We ordered a new storm door, new sliding patio doors, and 10 new windows from Window World. We had a great sales person that promised life time warranty. The instillation crew was very respectful and professional. They had everything completed in less than two days. In less than a month the storm door has pulled away from the house and they refuse to fix the problem. They wanted to charge an addition $150 for them to come fix the door that is now laying on my front porch. If you are not willing to back up your installation, when it has been less than a month why would I trust you to reinstall the

Landlord hired Window World to replace windows, they broke a window twice while trying to get it off the trailer, then said they will be back in two to three weeks to install the last remaining window they broke, now it’s going on three months and the window sits behind the building where they left it not installed and missing it’s pane of glass they broke.
Wood screws left all in the driveway creating me to replace four month old rear tires,$300 cost to replace, when they left they left trash all over the place.I would not recommend.

Very easy to work with, the Salesman Russ was great to work with. We had looked at several companies and had some very long demo's. Russ understood that I had a little time and we were finished in about 20 minutes. The windows arrived on time and was exactly what we were looking for. Even the color matching on the woodwork. The install crew was great They answered all of our questions and did a great job with the install. Very prompt, courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.
