My policy was being cancelled and they did absolutely nothing to help me, despite my multiple attempts to reach out. Clearly they were prioritizing new business over existing for their own benefit. Not how you should treat your customers. I was forced to find a new policy on my own. since they ghosted me. I would not recommend!

Matt with Erb and Young is amazing. We originally were referred to him as we were buying a house and he helped get us homeowners insurance. I've used Erb & Young for 2 years for about 20+ policies and it has been a GREAT experience every time. Eric is very helpful, FAST, thorough, and reliable. He is my go-to for insurance and always willing to answer any of my questions. Matt and team do their job well, but what sets them apart is their ability to converse with you in a pleasant, professional, and human way. Very different from the usual call-center fake-pleasant/robotic conversations that are too common these days. Makes you feel like they take their job seriously and actually care about your experience

I cannot believe I didn't use them sooner! I blindly kept my insurance companies for years & really thought that because I was with them for so long that 'they must be taking care of me', right?! I couldn't have been more WRONG! Matt really helped me throughout the entire process & the biggest bonus is that he SAVED me SO MUCH MONEY & with MORE COVERAGE! It's so comforting to know that I finally have someone looking out for my best interest!
