I encountered Frank Clayton after my brother-in-law recommended his Happiness 101 class. That 8 week class changed my life. I went from a happiness level of about 4/10 to a happiness level of about 7-8/10 and have maintained in now for 2 ½ years – which includes several major life stressors such as the death of my step-dad, a major move and then the sudden death of my mom. That's not to say that I was happy all the time during those stressful events – not in the least. But overall, the techniques I learned not only helped me get through them in a healthy manner but also helped me still maintain

I started working as an admin assistant for Frank in November 2018. From the moment I met him, I knew that he was a great guy. He was genuine and welcoming. He truly wants to help people, and he does. Although he does not ever share specific details about clients in order to respect privacy and confidentiality, I have seen the way he lights up when he mentions how a client made progress towards their happiness. This is the sign of a person who genuinely cares about your well being. What more could you want? Frank is a great person to work for as well. As someone who aspires to have a private practice

Frank gave a new perspective on our relationship to my teenager and to me, which was valuable.
However, he’s the only therapist (of five different counselors I’ve met over the years) who did not ask for paperwork in advance, and never asked beforehand the reasons why we were attending counseling, so didn’t know the main issues we were dealing with. Our conversation was sidetracked, and my son came away thinking happiness comes from doing what you want to do—without concern for doing things that are less enjoyable, but could lead to personal growth or improved relationships.

In my search for excellent mental health care, I was very fortunate to have discovered Frank Clayton and this was one of the best moves of my life! I bring a fairly good base of experience and even a little education to back that statement. With varying personalities, needs, and circumstances, finding a good fit is of utmost importance in the success of the therapist/client relationship. Frank has been highly professional and truly dedicated to his profession. He emulates integrity, excellence, and leadership in representing the Mental Health Community of Salt Lake City with a long-term and earnest

When I first started counseling I did not know what to expect, and was coming in having experienced some less than positive results through previous counselors. Frank was the first person to really challenge me to be better and help improve my life to become a much happier person. I would recommend Frank to any and everyone he is amazing at what he does and truly cares about each client seeing their own personal successes.

I wanted to find someone that was knowledgeable, who would listen, who seemed to care for me as a person, and at the same time, would never tell me what to do. Once I found Frank, I knew I had found the help I was looking for.
I have participated in his group as well as seen Frank one on one. His services have helped me tremendously in finding my life's calling as well as figuring out what patterns I've been doing that aren't working for me.
I now understand what makes me happy, how much control I have in making my life the way I want, and how to take the necessary steps to have a fulfilling
