We just moved back here again, we sold our home and knew this was where we were to come until time to buy again . Our last stay was about 14 months. The owners Matt and Randie are awesome folks. They go above and beyond to make your stay here is great.

Very disappointed in my experience when I visited the park. Seems a lot of people have all of these great reviews but I simply cant agree. I drove through the park to see if it was somewhere I could see myself living. We are moving from out of state so I am not familiar with the area yet. Rates seemed reasonable for being so far away from civilization however thats where the good news stops. I was yelled at for apparently speeding, which is ridiculous as I was barely going 7 mph. (Speed limit 10). I heard, what I later found out to be the park owner talking really nasty towards a woman, which didnt

This park is on a mission to improve the amenities. They've added security lighting, cameras, landscaping and a dog park. There are still some spots that need to be cleaned up or cleared out but there some really clean and picked up spots too. I realize that people who can't afford a newer RV need a place too. Most parks require your RV to be 10 yrs old or less. The owner realizes this too and allows older RVs in. He allows window units, and junk around the RVs too. The tradeoff is that the rent is cheap for the area, around $400/mo and the majority of the people are really nice, down to earth

I have family that resides in the park. I am a Long haul truck driver and can't really find places often that will allow me to park my semi. On this visit, the owner cleared a spot for my truck so I can park it for the weekend and it was very very kind of him to do! I appreciate the hospitality. It's a quiet property and everyone I have seen or met is polite and waves. They have done major updates to the property since I stayed here. They have a dog park now and they tarred the main driveway and put rocks on top of it so you wont be driving through ruts and mud holes. All around great place and

The Owner was totally accomodating of my needs for move in date, gave me a great lot, added amenities to suit my vehicle needs and have found the whole experience and environment to me the most relaxing. Neighbors are friendly, not intrusive. The location is great with minimal commute to town, the lake and to the neighboring cities of Celina and Aubrey. Lived there for 6 months and couldnt have been happier nor peaceful. The Owner, Manager and Park Host were all so professional and accommodating
